Use and instead no longer operates in lower manhattan Use (J)/(Z) instead discontinued and replaced by in queens and and in manhattan (N)operates local in manhattan and queens at ALL TIMES!!!!! Trains continue to run local via whitehall street lower manhattan Stops at court square at all times (use , and instead) Queens bus changes Q74 , Q75 , Q79 , Q89 will be discontinued Q31 , Q76 and B24 Off peak service discontinued Q30 overnight discontinued Q48 sunday service will end earlier Q24 service west of Bway junction will be discontinued. and that's all I gtot so far. later. All of the guides to the service changes by borough (they all include the subway) are at: http://mta.info/nyct/service/RouteChanges/index.html By the way, the B24 is only being discontinued weekends, not off-peak.
