SevenEleven Posted August 30, 2010 Share #2 Posted August 30, 2010 Nice stuff. I really like how each agency is ordering these buses and making it theirs.

TTC1700 Posted September 1, 2010 Share #7 Posted September 1, 2010 They look nice and all but their gonna end up being like a typical New Flyer in Ontario, falling apart within a few months. Hell, knowing OC, their gonna end up like the D60LFs their replacing, DOA and OOS for a long time awaiting repair. IMO, the only good things OC did with these buses are standardizing the Dest Sign and getting Visions' for seats.
TransitStop Posted September 1, 2010 Author Share #8 Posted September 1, 2010 exactly and another feature they used to try and improve their condition is on the inside of the bus their is a plastic window followed by the glass window on the outside to prevent vandalism
TTC1700 Posted September 1, 2010 Share #9 Posted September 1, 2010 exactly and another feature they used to try and improve their condition is on the inside of the bus their is a plastic window followed by the glass window on the outside to prevent vandalism It actually isn't a plastic "window," it's a 3 layered piece of plastic that is overlaid on the window. Most people who do scratchitti know how to get past that. They just peel the layers off one by one, do their work and put it back. It worked down here for a while until people knew how to get around it.
