Hey, why doesn't the B44 SBS have the blue flashing lights?

 

But nice pics.

It's against the rules now. Some people in Staten Island made a big stink about thinking that the flashing blue lights were emergency vehicles approaching. This was probably their excuse for getting ticketed for driving in the bus lanes. Now no SBS bases are to use the flashing blue lights. I saw in a different thread that they were testing different color led lighting in the destination signs though...

Yet they still use the blue lights on the S79 at night. But okay.
