SEPTA to consider late night subway service

This would only be for late Friday and Saturday nights only, this would replace the buses that operate the Owl routes on those nights... Broad Street Line and Market Frankford Line

I normally would take the owl bus from a nearby club either at Spring Garden or 2nd & Market to 8th & Market for the PATCO... one time during late night New Years, the bus i was on was a sardine can

 

This would be great for the City, bar/club/restaurant owners, and customers

 

SEPTA currently only runs late night subway service that replaces the owl route buses if there is a major snowstorm

Absolutely go for it. I'd just be concerned of the quality of life problems where Homeless would camp out in the subway overnight. Does Philadelphia have a good way to combat such things?
