ttcsubwayfan Posted September 2, 2014 Share #1 Posted September 2, 2014 Finally, the last thread of the "Transportation Week" series. First off we have a few shots of a special train running on the Milton line to the CNE. I took full advantage of the fact that our vantage point was on an overpass that passed over the highway and Lakeshore West corridor and photographed a bunch of trains. At a point in the journey we went for a walk along the lake shore, and, wouldn't you know it, the only loco in the new livery that I saw in service that day passed by, meaning that I couldn't a decent shot of it! It would happen, though oddly enough I have no issues running into buses in the new colors now. ttcsubwayfan Posted September 2, 2014 Author Share #2 Posted September 2, 2014 Afterwards, we made a brief stopover near the GO Transit Willowbrook Yard, this giant rail yard which is home of the GO Train. I was hoping I would run into an engine in the new colors, since my attempts to photo them in service have fallen flat on my face. Did I? Well, of course not. I did photo two coaches in the new livery (which look atrocious, by the way) but no locos. Hell, I even got some F59PHs.
