T to Dyre Avenue Posted April 30, 2019 Share #52 Posted April 30, 2019 (edited) Unless they decide to entirely forgo the Water Street alignment in favor of hooking into Nassau Street, nearly all of Phase 4 would have to be built from scratch, which would be more in line with Phase 1 (minus 63rd/Lex), not Phase 2. The tunnels near Division Street dug in the 70s aren’t anywhere near as extensive as what was dug in East Harlem.
