It's been a while seen the (SIR) has been replaced by shuttle buses. I think this might be because of the new Arthir kill Road Station. What do you guys think? Press release (already on MTA website, not yet on forums) states that it is for a NYC DDC project to control the discharge of storm water to prevent street flooding.
