  1. Any word on Broadway IBOA getting refurbished Novas or at least a CRAPI?
  2. I noticed that too, but I was saying when I used to work there that's what I mostly saw
  3. Oh yeah. When I worked at Newark Airport Terminal A I've seen Red & Tan AND ONE Bus Nova's being used for that route multiple times, they only have a handful of MCIs (NJT owned, ex Greyhounds and the newer MCIs that they purchased) to use for it.
  4. Wow my question is why?? Market St and Orange don't need the latest batch of CRAPIs when the southern division needs them as bad as ONE Bus does
  5. im having issues trying to post the pics of the Flx and a clear shot of the Howell Garage emblem i got. (whoever posted about Howell MCIs getting the emblems is true, i got it from a CNG)
  6. Drove by Ironbound and spotted the Metro B, and its official number is 3057, not 3053 (my bad LOL). Also at the Cummins garage, spotted a NABI parked outside numbered 57xx (Greenville or Big Tree?)
  7. Weird. Drove to Ironbound today to see if Flxible Metro B 3053 was out and it wasn't. I asked a guard nearby if the bus was there, and he told me that NJT moved it inside for storage
  8. LOL ill get that pic today. On a side note: saw 6241 at Newark Penn Station last night on layover for the 62
  9. I'm back in NJ and saw my share of Novas, NABIs, and MCIs. Also drove by Ironbound garage and I've seen parked at Doremus Ave a few Novas, baby NABIs, and regular NABIs. One was numbered 62xx. And to my surprise a Flxible looking brand new 3053 I believe (pic tomorrow)
  10. Nice catch, i will get Hilton's emblem when i return to NJ after christmas
  11. About the go28 mystery, since NJT cut the University Heights segment on that route some of those buses got sent to Greenville & Meadowlands. And it was updated previously, just scroll back and you will see it. (5226 former go28 bus, i think, is at Greenville, as an example)
  12. Your point? Lets be real, i have rode the 90, 92, 94 and 99 routes and those routes gets busy. No need to tweak them. At best almost all routes in Essex county don't need no expanding (the 30 needs one though)
  13. not digging the 95 route. No need to extend any of the crosstown routes (90s) or create a new one
  14. what deadhead? the 25 drivers mostly before their shift is over they do one more trip until 43rd St. then turn to the garage which is one block down. My proposal for the go25 extension is soften up passenger loads along the route for the regular 25. Instead of terminating at Irvington Terminal, it will start/end at 43rd St/ Hilton garage along the 3 proposed stops before/ after the Terminal. If you want to see how bad the crowding gets, try waiting for it late at night which i had to put up with (late as hell coming from the Correctional Center, and at standing room only once it stops at Broad & Market for example). Run schedule is from 6:30AM-11PM monday to saturday, 8AM-10PM sundays
  15. Also last bus runs at 11 PM Monday-Saturday, 10PM Sundays
  16. I would like to test it out first to see if it goes well. All i am gonna do is add 3 stops after Irvington Terminal: Springfield Ave @ New St Springfield Ave @ Stuyvesant Ave Springfield Ave @ 43rd St/ Hilton garage
  17. I have proposed extending the go25 to 43rd St/Hilton garage, and make it run almost like the go28 to alleviate traffic and overcrowding
  18. There are few times the 25 is empty and quick, i usually take the 70 that goes via Vauxhall to Newark around lunch time, much more empty and faster. I used to live on Springfield Ave in Maplewood so i know how frequent buses are
