Do yourself a favor and call the liaison at 180....Barbara Shivers. Make sure she knows your name and list number. She is helpful, but shit falls through the cracks sometimes. I called her 3 days in a row to verify until she had the paperwork on her desk. She says she understands were are excited and a little nervous about getting in. Not sure of the number anymore.
I heard the past few days, they are gonna slow it down after Sept. Take that for what you want, not really sure if it's fact. You are reinstating your name so don't be shocked if you are in August class. Again, this is not fact, just word.
TA 26 passed all yard practical and signal exam last week. Next up is some yard posting for 7 days and then road ops for 5 days and after that released to the yard for 3 months/60 days technically. Great job so far TA 26.....infamous....... Thanks for the great instruction Santiago and McDuffie......You will always be on our minds.
I think it's sick days you are talking about for every month worked. Should have 12 by your year anniversary. Once you hit your year you get 2 weeks vacation.
They said 60 next class and so on as needed.
They stated that come December, they wouldn't be surprised if we were all picking jobs. That's how many are going out. They are way short.
30 went to B division and 20 went to A division today at orientation. They mentioned 60 TO's next class and so on for sometime. They are way short. Hang in there folks, its coming.
They should ask anytime. This thread is huge and as long as people are answering it doesn't seem to be an issue. Ask away folks, I will answer what I can. Until I am too busy, that is.
I think bcO means how much time between receiving the phonecall and the date you go down. Not standard of you ask me. My first medical it wasut 4 days notice. Second call was for final processing, i was on medical hold that is why it was 2 different times, was next day.
$30.03 an hr
yeah, probably going to have to reinstate your number on the list. I would call and ask though. If so, no worries, you go back to the top of the list relatively quick. You should be good for the May class.
i forgot mine when i went to the dt and it wasn't that big of a deal. They did ask for it again when i was being interviewed. I remembered it that day.
if you do not have a photo id they will accept a passport as long s it is valid. If you have a valid id or drivers license there is no need for a passport.
