The Offspring: Stuff is Messed Up (A.K.A. Shit is F**ked Up).

The DOT is F-ed up in so many ways, it isn't even funny. Doesn't get much sadder than that.

That's happened to me once or twice, with some wacky ass shoe designs. That's what I get for living in horseshit valley. Anyway, what's the deal with shit lately, literally. Anyhow, a somewhat simalar experience today. This woman, and what I assume is her BF walk on the bus with their very young daughter. Arriving the routes terminal, the bus is induced with a bad smell. Little does eveyone know that the woman is changing their daughter's diaper. At least we were able to get off. I felt for the B/O, who called another bus over, actually citing hazardous materials over his radio. Reminds of this lady who was always tripping at my local Walmart. She would lie on a bench, then she urinated/defacated at the enterance of the store. A female worker there actually said that she lived nearby to her, and that she was losing her house. I stopped shopping there after, due to a list of reasons, suprisingly this not being one of them. The benefits of living pratically in the middle of buttf**k nowhere. ^^^^

Is he really? Either way that's no excuse for his actions.

I'd prefer the campus number rises, but that's just me. And speaking of those outlets, we had 5 over here until 4 shut down. Honestly, most items were fine, but the damaged equivilent was 50-75% off the regular non damed price. Also Wonder had a outlet chain and massive distribution center out here until they filed for Chapter 11.

The tapes are more flush than the bars. As also said, the tape is just a guide. It's the sensors that are sensitive.

Today's just not my day. Considering they don't want me back in the store, I may benefit healthwise as I will not be buying a soda, energy drink, etc.

Ridiculous. People say I always have an attitude. Well today, I was having a great day. Then everyone starts hating on me and getting an attitude at school. I brush it off and go on with my day. Last period of the day, and some homies decide to f**k around, so the teacher gets all pissed, annoying me more. So I walk 1 mile to the bus stop. After, I get off at Circle K (convinience store). I walk in planning to buy a drink (it's hot as hell), then I get this lady bitching at me to remove my backpack, and leave it by the door. Being pissed I just ignore her. Then she starts yelling and I lose it. I ask her what's the problem. Then all hell breaks lose. I ask why I'm being yelled at. I have never been treated like that in any other Circle K, I ask was it because the store is in a high risk. She just tells me to leave. I tell her to be quiet. She replies she doesn't want to see me in the store again. IDGAF. I should have suspected B.S. From the get go, with the tight ass manager, crappy area, and poor sanitary conditions. God, why do I even bother. Sorry, just needed to rant. I'm still mad, and hot as hell though.

MTA prefers the 2x1 layout of seats. Also, Omnitrans' appears more spacious due to the 2 left hand doors. Man, scrap the Metrocard system already in favor of GFI passes or preferrably smartcards. It won't be the end of the world. And speaking of scanners, is Omnitrans considering smartcards as well/to replaces standard passes? I'll have to find out.

Damn, sorry. And I'm know the fare structure as well.

Though I usually don't need to, I mainly carry my textbooks so I can get a start on my new work, or catch up on my current work when the situation allows it. Admittingly, it's a real PITA to carry your stuff, walk all day, with a bit of running factored in.

Alright. Haven't been to S.I. since the spring/summer of 05 to visit family (they moved out to Cali now). That was also the second and last time I was in NY.

Thanks, I thought so. Which makes up for the condition the buses are in. I know way back there was problems with vandalism (and to my knowledge still exists), but are the buses good performance wise or are they shot?

I'd recommend the S78. Long and a little boring, but great if you have a nice bus, such as an Orion V. (You guys still have V's out there, right)?

Feel free to leave criticism, but transit out on East Long Island would be easier if Suffolk Transit and possibly Long Beach Transit unified with NICE. The new system would still use the former depots from ST and LBT. The operating companies would remain the same also, or could be put up for bid by other contractors. What are the obstacles to clear, in order to bring this closer to reality. Sorry if it sounds far fetched, never ridden a bus in Nassau.

I detest uniforms. I wore them my first 2 years of Jr H.S. Anyway, back then you could tell who didn't have many shirts/pants based on the wear of their clothing. Anyway, regarding alternation of clothing, I have 3 or 4 shirts/pants in my wardrobe that don't look worn out, so yeah I'm kinda broke. I don't care what anyone says, they aren't buying my clothes (unless they offer).
