Just curious, will there exist any chance of me photographing a 62A train in October 2013?
Should be pretty cool to ride a 62A through City Hall though.
Yes... the connector to the Broadway line. Most people think when you mention Montague anyway.
And I heard somewhere that the Nassau connector was closed off after the brown M was discontinued, does anyone know if there is any truth in this?
Due to a lack of organization in the above scenario, I think a new one would be appropriate:
A structural failure (with the el) at Queensborough Plaza has resulted in no trains being able to pass through the station. Reroute trains accordingly.
New route. This is not meant to be taken as a serious proposal, just having a bit of fun:
(U) Nassau Street Local
Coney Island - Jamaica Center via West End
Runs at all times.
They absolutely are necessary. Flushing's signalling system is old and in need of replacement, and unfortunately the 62As can't be retrofitted with CBTC.
Oh, and R32s have until 2017. R42s... who knows.
The 2/5 will NOT get the 62As. The NTTs are too valuable, not because some foamers like the automated announcements but because of the flexibility at Flatbush. The 4/6 dont need that flexibility.
Just a question - were the stations included in the updated station packs resized? After being inactive with my fictional route for a while, I decided to get back into it and I discovered this monstrosity - all of the tracks have been misaligned:
I think he was referring to all the cars used on the line in recent history
People complain about the like no tomorrow but I haven't heard bad things about the .
