I must say, we've been(the T/O's I started with and the ones in my direct class) have been blessed as far as the TSS's we've met so far. Yesterday my class met, in my opinion so far, the coolest TSS..Perez. The guy had jokes for days, and was so down to earth, but was serious about us learning our stuff. One of those guys you just felt really comfortable around. From the start they were all cool. And then today we met our main Tss's, Cox and E.t, both very interested in teaching us and getting us prepared to pass this training course and become successful T/O's. We also met Quinones today. really cool guys. Idk if all TSS's are as helpful and cool as they all have been, but I surely do hope so!

Yeah, sucks that they worked it like that last Tuesday. Ill show my stub to the TSS as well...hopefully it will be in our next pay

Lol! I definitely feel ya! I was just like that before i got called as well. That wait in between calls is a bit torturous! Hope you get called soon!

So we got our first paycheck today and some of us, including myself, got shorted a day. How do we go about getting that days pay??

Sounds about right. It took about 4-5 weeks or so for them to call me back. But remember, Sandy slowed everything down so even then training process is a little slow at the moment

WOW!! Y'all throwing names out there and all! Lol Anyhow, mediccjh, thanks for starting this thread. I'm enjoying the schoolcar experience as well. A lot of cool people in our class, all of whom in my eyes are focused on passing this course and become successful T/O's. Its going to be a lot of work, but I'm looking forward to it!!

Hey...I was wondering if anyone here is an active T/O or knows about the training process. Was just wondering about the tests during school car...the signals test which you must score 100% on and the others. Anybody here know if a lot of people get booted for failing the tests?

It doesn't seem like it. I told him I would have liked to give my job a 2 week notice and he said he went to check if there was anything else coming up...idk if he really did make a phone call or not, but when he came back he said there wasn't any other classes 100% scheduled...maybe its a strategy they use to make you take the next one...but idk for sure

So I went on Friday do the medical and final processing. It was supposed to be on Monday, but due to Sandy it was postponed. I finished everything and I start on November 12. I was not expecting to start so soon, but the guy told me that he was not sure when the next class would be after this one(not sure how true that is). I didn't want to take any chance of missing this opportunity so I agreed to start that soon. I wanted to give my job a 2 week notice, but I'll have to just give them one week notice.
