  1. Good luck! I would guess maybe a major recall on MCIs or Prevost.
  2. Those two Orion VIIs are on there for the same reason those 3 D60HFs are on there. In this case, they are there due to fire damage. I guess the MTA is deciding whether to repair them or can them.
  3. #7013 has finally left Queens Village. Currently working on the S53. On a side note, #8013 is still on the island, also working the S53.
  4. The roster has #5656-5658 out of service. Not sure why #5658 is out.
  5. This can't be the bus that had that chunk of building material fall on it can it? I thought that was #5658?
  6. What happened to #5656? Just noticed, Brooklyn only has about 500 RTS's left in service (501 to be exact). 5 to 6 years ago, we had over 800! Also, what will replace those last 9 Orion V CNGs at Spring Creek?
  7. I would love for the 2005 Orion VII hybrids to move back to Fresh Ponds where they were orginially assigned.
  8. More like in a few days. #5323 and up should be heading our way any day now.
  9. Here's a thought, what if Quill ends up taking #5323-5363? With them sending some 5800s to FB, that's what it seems like. End of the 1996 Vs at long last?
  10. Don't give me this garbage. The Feds are printing money that isn't backed by anything. No goal, no silver, nothing. Why do you think there's inflation now? Needless to say, 2013 is going to be one hell of a year.
  11. You are reminding me of someone. What the hell is your problem? They are just f'''king buses. Damn. It already is.
  12. We can't really confirm that #3741 is scrap. They could repair it like #1808. Let's just wait and see. Actually, #6337 also caught fire and was retired before #6290.What happened to #6232, #6250, and #6339?
  13. Out of service due to fire damage along with #3741, #7672 and a few others.
  14. Out of thin air. The Fed's are printing money like there's no tomorrow.
  15. What's the hold up with the R179s? We been talking about this order for about 5 years atleast. I thought they where coming next year (2014). As for the R42s, assuming there is actually about 240 or so R32s left, I agree that the R42s can bite the dust any day now. So we should enjoy them while we still can.
  16. Funny, considering that you used to bash MTA LI Bus all day everyday.
  17. This time a year ago (Dec.31, 2011) was Long Island Bus's last day of service. RIP LIBus 1973-2012.
