Yeah so basically I have one ticket that's 5 points, and I have another ticket that's 3 points for a grand total of 8 points altogether. But its not 8 points tied up into one Summons/Ticket. So you're saying that I'm good to go if I stay clean and don't get any more tickets/ points moving forward, Correct?

Ok, with that out of the way, I have a 5 point ticket, also have another ticket that I got on 6/28/2018 that I plead guilty to on 11/01/2018. What happened was that It was for speeding but I plead it down to a disobey traffic control device summons which is 3 points. It was a plea deal and I accepted on behalf of my attorney so that's what happened. Now my question is...will transit still make a fuss over this when march of 2020 comes along and the 5 point ticket gets ignored due to the fact that it makes it 3 years old occurance at that point? Will I need proof of payment or I just have to say that I paid both of the tickets? If so...how can I get the proof of payment? Sorry this is too long and for too many questions. Ok, so do you look at a standard eye chart and they ask you to read a line off the eye chart? Or, is it looking into an eye machine with a scope along with a color blind test?
