  2. Ok, how about if you failed the BOSS for exam 7612 but passed it for exam no. 9618?
  3. How about if you took a BOSS exam for lets say exam no. 7612 and you passed that one. And lets fast forward to this exam no, 9618 if you took BOSS for this exam and you failed the boss for 9618.....which one counts? Exam no.7612 or 9618?

  9. Hmm....ok. So you passed day 7? Another question is when you're assigned a depot for days 1-7, lets say that depot is in Brooklyn......will the Days1-7 be in Brooklyn or no?

  14. Ok, now regarding points, a cell phone ticket in NY State is worth 5 points....will that be a problem? Because, according to the DMV, "once 18 months have passed from the violation date it no longer counts towards your total point count. However, the violation/ticket will remain 3 years from the conviction date on your record. BTW, I was found guilty, I did pay though the ticket. I was found guilty on 9/15/2018. That's exactly 18 months from the violation date. So, will MTA still make an issue/problem of it?
  15. So the cell phone ticket that I received on March 8, 2017.....I would be in the clear by next year, (3/8/2020)? Yes or no?

  17. Meaning for tickets does MTA go by Violation date.....or Conviction date?
  18. That's why I want to get my CDL on my own....it will be ONE less thing to worry about after passing the training. Do you have to do the pre-trip "pointing and describing" things out during 1-7 training days?
