  1. Oh wow, as of right now there are 2 XD40s and one Orion VII 2nd Gen+ on the Q44 SBS...
  2. That's because they have 100 Next Gens, which pushed out some of the other Orion Vs they had to SI, CS, or scrap. The 40 new LFS' they're getting will push some of the Next Gens back to Brooklyn, which will retire some of the 1996 RTS'.
  3. Caught that too. Well, 8370 was surrounded by 1 60-footer and a Next Gen running along with it. But I see what you mean, if the artics get really packed at 225th, I don't even wanna think about a 40-footer there lol
  4. 4903 on the Q27 right now. Not sure if it's a loaner tho. Also, 8482 and 8483 on the Q46, and 8484 on the Q43 currently as well.
  5. The station opened two months ago... if anyone who rode the didn't know a Hudson Yards station opened, they'd have to be pretty oblivious. Not to mention that this is the MTA we're talking about; remember they also decided BRKLN BRDG was better and easier to understand than BROOKLYN BRIDGE?
  6. How does one get confused by this... There's only one 34th Street on the line, let alone only one 34th Street station with the word HUDSON in the name...
  7. Oops, should've been more clear... saw a C40LF with Luminator SPECTRUMS.
  8. They did pretty much arrive like yesterday, so I'd say give it a week. But then again the KB LFS' did hit service within two days of arriving at the depot, so...
  9. It the Q6 didn't serve the 165th Bus Term, it could essentially happen... If it just stopped outside the terminal then yeah. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Also on a side note, I've been trying to post videos on the forums from YouTube, but they keep showing up as links. Any way on how to fix that?
  10. ^^^ Pretty much this, I didnt see the chord being pulled but i think i saw a bit of the fight
  11. I'm not using them as scapegoats, I saw them pushing each other around and stuff
  12. Well, no, but there were some kids doing some kind of shit in the other car.
  13. So today on the , someone pulled the emergency brake on my train, and the train was left in the middle of the tunnel for 15 minutes. Not sure why, maybe some kids messing around and pulled the brake, but eh. It happened in between 170th and 167th in the AM rush at around 8:30.
  14. I honestly don't know. A friend suggested that it may be due to the C40 recall, which I don't think is the reason, as there were still some C40s out and none have been taken out of service as far as I know of. The last time an artic ran on the Bx32 besides today was exactly 2 weeks ago, and before that, I believe it was 3 years ago, in 2012. Yeah, artics on the Bx32 are really uncommon. The one 2 weeks ago ran right behind another bus, and both of them were pretty empty... Today, there were a bit more people, but the bus was still fairly empty. The artics don't really need to run on the Bx32 from what I've seen, but it sure as hell is interesting to see them.
  15. Yeah lol, it's a bit of a local route from 175th down to 136th in Mott Haven when it runs on Morris (which is somewhat far from any trains or at some points right next to Grand Concourse lol), and runs under the from 176th to Kingsbridge Road, then makes its way to the VA Hospital.
  16. Hmmm... Something must be happening, as another artic popped up on the Bx32... the second one in 2 weeks...
  17. Since the new XD40s have the Titans, they can display the newer SBS programs. Seen a 7xxx on the B44 SBS too, so it's possible. It's likely that when the Q44 becomes SBS and a 40-fter needs to be put on that route, they'll put in an XD40, since it can display those SBS codes.
  18. Since it arrived. C cars don't leave their 6-car sets.
  19. My commute home was a bit interesting... at 14th Street an R32 was pulled out of service and sat in the station due to an "investigation", and I believe only one and maybe a ran express, but 5 minutes after it was pulled out of service, it was put back in, and raced my that arrived at the same time that it left. The ended up having to stop at 155th and 163th due to the delay in service.
  20. Exactly... It's not helping anyone... If anything it'll confuse people even more seeing something like BKLN BRDG instead of BROOKLYN BRIDGE.
