  1. Trains were unable to run on the Brighton express because of layups.
  2. Interesting, there is a FIND program for the reverse tough...
  3. I had someone on my C train get on at Shepherd then got off at Euclid. Later on, I see him on the N/B platform waiting for an A smh.
  4. Talking to people on the A and C is like talking to a rock smh.
  5. D trains go south on the northbound track, then switch to the middle track where they will bypass 155 Street.
  6. IMO, they should have had B service from BPK to 2 Avenue.
  7. I think that S curve between City Hall and Courtlandt is the winner. That's proof on why the end doors on 75 foot cars are locked.
  8. I know there were people who wanted Liberty, Van Siclen, and Shepherd who transferred at 42 for the A "express", but ended up waiting for the following C lol.
  9. IIRC, 1586 does not have the bench seats, but has the 2 line R62A rollsigns.
  10. And yet when I'm on an uptown C at West 4 and an A arrives on the express track, people leave my C and jump on that A as if they were getting free food.
  11. Too bad not everyone thinks like you and they "need" the A to get to Chambers. One time I was on the C and at Jay Street someone "needed" the A to get to 34 Street. He got on my C, but he transferred to an arriving A at West 4th!
  12. I remember an R62A from the 1 and 7 on the 4 in 2007.
  13. That is nothing new; people never listen. One time I was on the C and and A (a 168 dropout) left Euclid before my C did. Another A passes us at Broadway Junction and another at before Hoyt. When I get to 34 Street, there was congestion on the express track so I passed the 3 As between 34 and 42. I get to 59 Street, there is a D which just left. The D and I keep pace up to 145 and when I get to 168, that 168 A dropout arrives at the same time! Besides it is better to transfer at 125 than 145.
  14. There is a delay in braking or something like that.
  15. I saw that schoolcar north of 25 Avenue on the West End.
  16. Same thing happens at Astoria too with the s turning into s.
  17. I bought a bunch of blue shirts at Conways. Mediccjh, I hope you enjoyed fire school!
  18. As for the third rail jumpers, it is rare that you have to do them outside of training.
  19. Plus water comes in handy in the summer when the subway is hot. Water hydrates you while soda dehydrates you. Roberto gave me my 10 (or was it 12) month eval.
  20. Since you will be so busy, time will zoom and so will your probationary period!
  21. The from 207 yard do what the does at night, switch to the local track south of the station.
