I second that, because those kinds of errors cause me to have to remember where a bus was originally before you posted it as scrapped, and with my busy schedule - I will not remember that so well. So yeah, unless you've seen it dead in the water and confirmed at ECH - don't post it please.
Also, Calvin - if a bus is dead in the water (hasn't ran for a week or more, according to BusTime) it doesn't mean it's scrapped. 4850 was OOS for over a week (and I hope they didn't fix that transmission lol it sounds like a ZF) and it hit service yesterday. Some buses (the old ones especially) may be kept OOS for weeks to preserve it for a bit or to make a minor fix.
