  1. Happy New Year! :D *toots horn*

  2. ^ Actually...I didn't think of that. I thought more along the lines of a plain SBS, really. Okay, since I'm in a bus route-making mood… 1. The M26 LTD: part-time during the weekday rush hours. This route goes from Grand Central to South Ferry via West Street and Battery Park City. Runs both ways from 7 AM to 9:20 AM and 3:30 PM to 6:50 PM with fifteen- to thirty-minute headways in the afternoon and twenty-minute ones in the morning. The route goes like this: Downtown: a. Route goes down 42nd Street (stops: Grand Central, 5th Avenue, Times Square) b. Down Seventh Avenue to 14th Street (stops: Penn Station, 23rd Street, 14th Street) c. Down 14th Street (stops: 8th Avenue, 9th Avenue, 11th Avenue) d. Down West St (no stops) e. Down North End Avenue (stops: Vesey Street) f. Down West Street, then turning to South End Avenue before returning to West Street (stops: South End Avenue, Battery Place) g. Concluding at South Ferry. Uptown: a. Leaving South Ferry and heading to West Street (stops: S. Ferry, Battery Place, Vesey Street/N. End Avenue. b. Up West Street before turning on 14th Street (stops: 11th Avenue, 9th Avenue, 8th Avenue; no stops along West Street). c. Turns up 8th Avenue (stops: 23rd Street, Penn Station, 41st Street) d. Down 42nd Street (stops: Times Square, Bryant Park, 5th Avenue, Grand Central)
  3. Another idea: The Bx8A: This bus goes from Williamsbridge to the Country Club. Like the current Bx8 (before returning to the route before June 27th), it'll go through Pelham Bay and down Bruckner Blvd. However, instead of using the eastern end of the Club both ways, the Bx8A uses the CClub route of the Bx14 and then turning back around. The Bx45: This bus goes from the GW Bridge Terminal and heads down to Port Morris/old Walnut Depot via Third Avenue.
  4. Well, time to make one! ^^ The BxM15. This route goes from South Ferry in Manhattan to Williamsbridge/Gunhill Rd. This route stops at all the SBS stops on the M15 and stops at all the Bx55 Limited stops/old Third Avenue EL. The Willis and Third Avenue Bridges are how the BxM15 travels from one borough to another.
  5. The routes no longer exist, but bring back the B71 and B77 and allow 'em to extend to South Ferry.
  6. Hey, Trev! Hope you had a great Christmas! :D

  8. I don't mind at all. In fact, I LOVE that you'll be able to help.

  10. The main dub opening of Sailor Moon: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X6_RZhh44NY
  11. An extension of the Bx20. Instead of ending at 246th Street, it goes to the terminal of the old Bx24: Fieldston and 253rd Street to serve the people who live there. It doesn't get relabeled. The Bx43: A local route that travels from the Einstein Hospital to the 170th Street Station. The roads are Eastchester Road (westbound), Williamsbridge Road (eastbound), East Tremont Avenue, Boston Road, Claremount Parkway, Clay Avenue, and East 170th Street to the ( and station. The route also connects to the Bx18 without having to take several routes to the hospital. It runs weekdays from 6:25 AM to 11:55 PM with fifteen- to twenty-minute headways. The Bx37 from the Mount Vernon East MNRR station to Lehman College (a reference of the Bx23 configuration on the signs). The bus travels down W 1 Street down W 11 Street, Mundy Lane, Pitman Avenue (westbound west of Baychester), East 236th Street and White Plains Road (westbound), East 233rd Street (eastbound past Byron Avnue), Edenwald Avnenue and Baychester Avenue (eastbound), Sanbridge Avenue, and Jerome Avenue. Its terminal is the Lehman College Station.
  12. The Q52 Limited: The route is exactly the same as the QM22, but no longer is it an express.
  13. More route ideas. The new B51: The bus route would return, but would be extended down to South Ferry during rush hour trips. The extended B51 would pass City Hall and continue heading down Broadway towards the South Ferry terminal. Returning from South Ferry, the bus goes up Centre Street and turn on Chambers and back to the original route. The B51's schedule would be revised as a 24-hour route. The BxM8: An express bus that goes from Chelsea Piers and 14th Street/11 Av to Hunts Point via Central Park West, 125th Street, and the Hunts Point route of the Bx6. Hours are 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM with 20-minutes headways in rush hours and 60 minutes otherwise. The QM14: This is the downtown loop twin of the QM15. Its Queens-bound route is Howard Beach and 102nd Street. Manhattan-bound, it travels south to the Financial District. Its hours are 6:25 AM to 8:55 AM with 10 to 15-minute headways Manhattan-bound and 4:05 PM to 6:40 PM Queens-bound.
  14. More bus routes. The M61: A replica of the M60, but instead of going south, it goes north to Riverbank Park. After leaving Queens, the M61 goes up 125th before turning on Broadway, then to W. 145th before turning to the Bx19/M11 Riverbank Park terminal. The QM27 LTD: This bus replicate the Train, but only makes stops at these places: 1. Times Square & 42nd Street 2. 5 Avenue & 42nd Street 3. Grand Central/Park Av & 42nd Street 4. Junction/Queens Blvds. 5. Corona Av & Junction Bl. 6. Roosevelt Blvd & Junction Blvd. 7. Northern Blvd & Junction Blvd. 8. Citi Field & Northern Blvd. 9. Main Street Station & Roosevelt Blvd. It goes across 42nd Street, down 2nd Avenue, turns to the Queens Midtown Tunnel and stays on the expressway until Junction Blvd. It then turns on Junction, turns on Northern Blvd, and then turns south to the Main Street Station. This bus is Queens-bound only and runs four trips on weekday afternoons: 4:55 PM, 5:25 PM, 5:55 PM, 6:25 PM. The M19: This routes compensates the current M9 and former M21's Avenue C branch in the form of a combination. Instead of its last stop at 23rd Street like the current M9, it'd go up to the Bellevue Hospital a few blocks away like the old M21. (This is built on a fantasy idea of the old M9 returning to its old route form prior to the cuts.) The M97 LTD: This route travels up 11th Avenue and West Street between Columbia University/120 Street between Amsterdam and Broadway and Vesey Street. The stops are as follows. 1. Vesey Street/North End Avenue (Downtown Terminal) 2. BMCC/West St. 3. Christopher Street/West Street. 4. 14th Street/West Street. 5. 23rd Street/11th Avenue 6. 34th Street/" 7. 42nd Street/" 8. 50th St./" 9. 57th St./" 10. 66th St./" 11. 72nd St./" 12. 79th St./" 13. 86th St./" 14. 96th St./" 15. 106th St./Broadway 16. 110th St./Broadway 17. Amsterdam Av./114th Street (Uptown only) 18. 120th Street between Amsterdam & Broadway (North Terminal) 19. 116th Street/Broadway (Downtown only)
  15. Three ideas: The M125: a route that would go from Riverbank Park and 145th Street to the old Queens M35 terminal in Astoria Boulevard/37th Street via Broadway, 125th Street, and over the RFK Bridge. The M12: The route compensates for the old M1 South Ferry branch prior to the cuts, going from South Ferry up Church, Lafayette, and 4th Avenue to Union Square. The Southbound route is the same as the old M6/current M5. The QM13: Using an idea for a revised QM23 that I thought of in another thread, the busline would travel from the 165th Street Terminal, up Jamaica Avenue, then Myrtle Avenue, going express along Woodhaven heading to Manhattan. The busline would go up 3rd Avenue, turn on 42nd Street and make stops at Grand Central, Fifth Avenue, Times Square, and the P.A. Bus Terminal. Going back, the bus would drive down 2nd Avenue, turn on 34th Street, and hop on the highway there.
  16. As promised, I'm bringing forth two new signs to show off the revised templete! The M57 West Side-bound flipdot: The M57 East Side-bound flipdot: Enjoy!
  17. A new sign has emerged! But this time, I've made some changes with the templete. While the current one I had was very cool, the MegaMax sign wasn't accurate. I had actually made the sign two columns longer than it were, so I shortened the sign length. This and two upcoming M57 signs will be the first to show off the new templete. Here's the first one, starting with the new MegaMax sign for the Times Square-bound M104! Two M57 signs will be next. Stay tuned!
  18. Happy birthday, Shane! *blows horn, throws confetti*

  19. @Orion V 9147: No bloody kidding! BTW, here's the revised sign:
  20. Hello again! No route-specific sign tonight, but a request that was asked a while ago. I held it off, but decided it was time to do it. So, Cait Sith, for your YouTube account, here it is! Hope you like it! ^^
