  1. This type of misinformation, sourcing......and above-all trolling is laughable to me. I'll clear this one... AGAIN. 4184 is with 4079 as of Friday night's yard rotations, went to service service Saturday morning and 4065-69 is testing new software upgrades/overhauls at PIT. Take another L cuz I don't see any videos with that consist nor within my yard records.

  8. I can pretty much say that up to 4349 and 140 is within the facility. Bare in mind the Lincoln production duration ranges between 3-6 months and the shells from Kobe come in at a rate of about 3-4 per week to bi-weekly if any delays which can be random. The facility can only house a capacity with about 70-100 cars at max, inside and out to what I was told. 140 just came into the receiving line actually. The production for the base order is excepted to be completed by the end of the year latest to get the green lit for the option cars receiving in January 2025. With the R44SIR finally getting processed to be scrapped, the pilot is coming closer to debut, actual has to be announced by the MTA themselves. Actually consists are as follows: 4090-94 + 4115-19 4095-99 + 4135-39 100-04 still idle at Saint George Terminal (TK 11) 105-114 still at Yonkers and 115-140 are built as of today.

  12. It's not like the SIR system is physically connected to the rest of the borough. Needless to say because it's obvious, the ones you see at Yonkers are only there because the pilot is on hold. Otherwise, they can go directly to Clifton when they are authorized to install contact shoes on their new arrivals.

  19. Yep, the 4210-19 consist has touchdown at PIT as of 9 p.m. 4220 is prepping for embark any day now from Lincoln. The production line is closing in on the 4300s at the moment. (4290)

  23. There was nothing that officially confirmed it's debut service date from the jump. Just some "fans" that got carried away and faulty news sources label it as an "expectation"..... Not gonna lie, they haven't trained the all the operators and maintenance on the trains completely so it would be late.
  24. Most of us in the real world don't care how long it takes as long as they're making progress in some form. They can do it for the rest of the decade for all we know......
