The Knowing's Subway Scene

Recommended Posts

First of, no real NY subway train is used. The subway cars look like an enlongen version of Septa M4s with R62 front ends. Plus, this is at "Lafayette Street" station which is a play on the fact the (6) and (4) run under Lafayette.

Well, the train is a little too faked in this movie, a train cannot go this fast and run on the platform and destroy almost all of the pillars and stairways.

It's called a movie for a reason.;)

Which makes science geeks laugh at it, :P! Anyways, nick cage did well in this movie, but the graphics just looks like it's fake and human made.

Really????? You don't say.

That scene was done on the MBTA aka the (T).

Not according to IMDb.

When John is at the New York Subway station, we see a painted plywood sign showing subway lines. This sign was set up because this scene was filmed in Melbourne, Australia.

Unless they're just talking about the exterior shot outside the station, in which case I know nothing.
