Route 2: Union Street - From Northern City Limit to Southern City Limit. Route 3: Olean-Allegany-Portville Connector - Connects Allegany and Portville with Downtown Olean. Route 4: Airport Express - Connects Olean and Buffalo International Airport. Route 5: Cuba Lake - Service to and from Cuba Lake /Summer only. Fare for Olean Transit System: 1.75: 3.50 Route 4: Children and Senior Citizens 85 cents. (NY-NJ-CT Region) Buses used: Trolley Bus (similar to HART CT/Boathouse Trolley)- free service and operates on Routes on weekend where cut weekend service.
