Nice shots! I would like to go on a yard tour. :P

 

After looking at your Photobucket account, I would suggest (only if your camera can adjust these settings):

 

- lowering your aperture (but it's also possible that you can shoot photos with a higher aperture),

- decrease your exposure time (in other words, make the fraction smaller),

- fiddle with the exposure bias (EV = exposure bias), and

- set the ISO to either somewhere around 200-400 (800 only if necessary), or use the lowest ISO setting (since you're not taking pictures of any moving trains).

 

But all that alone is not enough - you must hold your camera steady otherwise it will come out blurry.
