R62s on the 4?

Take a look at this video from 1991, guys. Go to 0:40, and listen to the motors on this R62 (4) train. What's this howling sound? I've never heard this from an R62 before. I hope this isn't off-topic; if it is, let me know and I'll shut up about this :).

That is the sound the motor produces when the train goes fast enough. Its the same sound you hear when the R46 is going through the 59 st tube.

All cars with GE propulsion (R46 & R62) will make that sound when it goes fast enough.

Now that train right there really does have some good whining!

Really? I've never heard it in person on an R62.
