Wow, taking all the (A)(C)(1)(2)(3)(4)<4>(5)<5>(6)<6> lines. That must been hot, well there are some underground stations with air conditioning like union Square. The (6)<6> trains can be very crowded, but the (4)(5) can be a real pain with so many people squished like sardines. Wow, glad you survived that crowd. Great photos:D

Thanks! B)

Yea, it was really crowded on all the lines that day aside from the <6>. The heat was worse the deeper and wider the station was. Times square wasn't as bad that day, but i suspect because there was a breeze drawing the hot air out through the street level vents.

The food concourse at GCT has all most every kinda food you can imagine & most of it is really good & very fresh! I've sat at that table 4 out of 5 times i've eaten there in the last year and a half. Next time when i have some more time i'll get some photos of the whole station & some MNRR trains if i can find them.

Some of the R62 cars that day had no AC so we escaped into the next car either via end door, or leaving the train & entering several cars up. One time we weren't fast enough and the guy closed the doors on us & we had to wait for the next one. I think that was at 18th street. i swiped a wet paint sign before i left (the paint was dry). :(:D
