RCB on the SIR is closed permanently Wrong station. Also, did the rules for this change? I remember you used to have to provide the correct reason along with the station. Reason is it's the only terminal in the list where the tracks don't continue beyond the station. Although I do think it would be better to force people to get the right reason to get it correct.
