I was comparing how NICE is doing a good job with their CNG's compare to the shoddy job the MTA's hybrids are getting. In that regard, atleast Veolia is trying. While that first statement is debatable, only a few of the 's NG HEVs in their 800+ fleet have the little differences and even then, thats not bad compared to the cheap wraps NICE originally had on their buses.
