j express Posted July 12, 2015 Share #1 Posted July 12, 2015 An R68 became a for the p.m rush last Friday. Shout out to Daniel The Cool who was with me on this day and Brighton Local who was operating the R68 .Photos:The R68 terminated at 57 St and laid up on the southbound express track at 49 St. Which I had a feeling it would become a in the p.m rush. Gong Gahou Posted July 27, 2015 Share #6 Posted July 27, 2015 Love the 68s. I despise the 68As. What do you hate about it? Some motormen here voiced their dislike of the brake application delay - was that the main issue for you, or were there other pet peeves you had with that equipment? mediccjh Posted September 2, 2015 Share #8 Posted September 2, 2015 Love the 68s. I despise the 68As. Pansy. What is different inside the cab? What do you hate about it? Some motormen here voiced their dislike of the brake application delay - was that the main issue for you, or were there other pet peeves you had with that equipment? Different braking package. The term "No 2 trains brake alike" definitely ring true on the R68As. They are a beast that can be tamed.
