im actually shocked and excited Westchester County went with Orion V suburbans! seeing how the MTA went with OTRs for their express routes and the BxM4c actually could make use of DD Series 60 engines.

What kind of engines does these new Orions pack?

Same here,they save more on gas then the MCI'S coaches, I just don't know why the MTA can buy Orion V suburbans,MCI'S coaches weren't meant to go short express routes in each borough,I mean if the MTA was a state wide bus company then I would understand.buses like MCI Classic and Orion V suburbans would be more appropriate for these routes.
