Union Tpke Posted March 15, 2018 Share #1 Posted March 15, 2018 A38100 INTERMODAL: ROCKAWAY PARKWAY / CANARSIE $1M - $5M This project will rehabilitate the Rockaway Parkway Intermodal Facility to provide customers with an improved transfer between buses and subway, create improve bus loading areas and improve operational safety. Work will include: The creation of clearly defined entrances and exits for buses and pedestrians.. improving customer circulation within the bus terminal and allow for ease of transfers. Increase safety measures and precautions. Enhance the efficient movement or buses entering and exiting the terminal. Provide electric bus charging for the B42 bus. Accommodate articulated B82 buses.
