The Brooklyn-based "The Shorts Show" comedy troupe produced a funny short film about just how bad the experience can be at a MetroCard station. The film stars Corey Rutledge, 29, trying to make the train, but he's stuck behind an inept commuter. The man, played by comedian Grant Lancaster, stares blankly at the screen unable to figure out he should press start. Then he has trouble when he tries to use his entire hand to press buttons and is unable to decide which of his dozens of MetroCards to refill.
