  1. Why are there subway shuttles by the Hunterspoint Ave station? The is running just fine. I saw them from the bus as we passed y on the LIE
  2. So what caused the massive congestion along the QBL express this morning? A tweet was sent out saying that MTA is working to get the line back to good service.
  3. Be careful, there are bridgeplates for westbound trains at Kew Gardens, Forest Hills, and Woodside.
  4. At least 2 of them on the and were due to a loss of power somewhere in Brooklyn. Meanwhile, first time I have seen this language used.
  5. I wonder if the will be cut back to Queens Plaza or 96th St when the terminate at 71st. Turning all 3 services in the relay would probably not turn out well, seeing as everything is running local those weekends.
  6. Posting from 3215 on the QM11, it has wifi. Works quite well i might add.
  7. So it looks like the Myrtle viaduct GO is loaded. Based on some searches in tripplanner, it looks like every 3rd or 4th train will terminate at 2nd ave during rush hours. This isnt advertised in the GO posting. Also of note
  8. Seems like work trains are being mentionwd more lately
  9. Sometimes they word reroutes weirdly, so I wouldnt count anything out just yet. Just like when they say no bt Union Tpke and Jamaica Center, or no between 36th st and Bay Ridge, those are reroutes.
  10. Currently on an R46 , looks like they are updating the side signs on those as well. It says FOREST HILLS-71 BROADWAY LOCAL via 59 ST QUEENS BL LOCAL
  11. The service change DJHammers mentioned is now up. trains run between 86th St and Flatbush Ave, and trains run in 2 sections. Yikes.
  12. Still ongoing too. Must be in the 11th Street Cut or the switches leading to and from the cut.
  13. Im gonna say it's the short-turning somewhere south of Franklin, (5)s turning at Franklin itself, or less likely the turning at Franklin Ave for the below reasons - late night GO lists transfers to the at 59th and 168th, implying the is not turning anywhere between Times Sq and Dyckman -Out of system transfer under the GO lists the and at Rector, implying and to South Ferry, thus it cannot be Wall St switch being used - is running normal above 14th, is running its full route with extension to new lots
  14. Wow. I got 2856 this morning, another old bus. No broken seats, fully functioning AC, clean, even has usb. CP probably takes better care of their buses. Though I agree the green signs are hard to read, but bustime and 3rd party appa can identify the bus number so theres that
  15. That one isnt particularly interesting. For that GO, trains run normal between Bedford and Court Sq, with a single track shuttle Bedford to Hoyt. There is no switch at Hoyt
  16. Honestly I didnt notice anything wrong with this bus. Why dont people like them? How many older buses are at CP?
  17. I found the College Point express bus with the annunciator, 2859 Edit: bus 3234 has wifi, it was directly behind us on the LIE
  18. The loop terminal refers to the old (current) South Ferry terminal, which is the 5 car length platform that is on a loop track. The new terminal will reopen in June after rebuilding from Sandy.
  19. Im going to miss the ease of boarding at the loop terminal. I'm not going to miss the conga line when travelling to the loop terminal.
  20. Second day of QBL madness. Just a fancy way of saying suspended...
  21. Hahahahah Its a Samsung Galaxy with scrolling screen capture. Works wonders.
