  1. If paying per ride than yes. When you have an unlimited no need to worry about that shit. Now arguably some may not be able to shell out for one all at once, but with the amount of single rides these guys use with fanning I'd say it's relatively simple for most to save up for at least a 7-day.
  2. Proving it never hurts to sucker in a gullible person.
  3. It goes to say without any amount of doubt that the priorities of indivduals are way out of whack these days.

  4. And you entertained her (or vice versa)? I would have gotten up and left, and ripped the pamphlets in her face to boot.
  5. Congress and the rest of the house have always full of incompetent motherf**kers how do little more than act like inconsiderate a**holes. This just further demonstrates the fact. Also, inaudible part was "don't tell me what the f**k to say".
  6. Only you'd act as pretentious as this on the matter. As if $3.50 were these peoples life savings...
  7. It used to be years ago that they'd ask a certain number of passengers to deboard and board again in an attempt to raise the bus from the kneeled position. Not sure if that is even official or not though. If you ask me the operator took the easy way out by not picking up passengers as I'm sure the bus could have likely stood service until the end, but their call.
  8. Why is is that hangovers and regrets go hand and hand?
  9. Good for you! I should also mention I'd take the M14D over the
  10. It's cool. Not placing the disclaimer for you, rather others getting in the middle wanting to refute, which in this case it might be valid. Yeah, it's great if it's adequately used, but in some cases it would do better to make an extension. I dare bring up the B44 to KCC as an example, lol. Not really, but still.
  11. I'm highly critical of the model itself, but for all anyone knows they might get it right in 2014.
  12. Some that come to mind are those that terminate haphazardly in areas that were much more dense, such as the B45, B48, and others still I feel should be altered to better serve destinations that have increased demand, B1 & B49 serving KCC is a good example. That taken into mind I'll say this much before it blows up in my face, I don't utilize Brooklyn routes on a daily basis in contrast to others here, so if that makes the opinion any less valid so be it.
  13. I'd say that "fetish" is more predominate amongst certain members here, but I'll refrain from starting a flame war.
  14. Please, almost everyone knows this place. And you wonder why there are so many "dead accounts" on here.
  15. Personally I simply think that many of Brooklyn's bus routes are outdated, and could be revised slightly to an extent to better serve passengers whenever possible. That aside I do see the point you have established regarding the mode of choice in the equation. Now would that better serve passengers, it's up for debate but at any rate it might save some cash on the MTA's part.
  16. If they start falling apart they'll likely get a midlife, but only time well tell.
  17. Great in theory if there is a three legged transfer from either route, which you have seemed to taken care of.
  18. If you ask me a separate local is needed, but part of that is foaming.
  19. Eventually the B103 is going to become a victim of the slowing and fold into a local.
  20. Alright, now I get what you are saying. Personally I think there is sufficient warrant for the separate services, but I'll let other members input as well.
