I wonder why I see Flatbush RTS' with the safety plastic on the driver's seat, even on the 4900's that Flatbush gave back to ENY. What was the reason behind putting safety plastic on Flatbush RTS'?
Some of the streets are too tight for an artic to operate there. The B1 making the turn at 5th Avenue & 86 Street is pretty tight and there really isn't that much space for it to move along with the B63. 5th Avenue itself for the B63 is not that wide. The only option available is to put more buses on the routes.
Why are these buses not on the MTA Regional Buses that have been repainted in the NEW scheme
5568, 5584, 5594, 5704.
They were sporting the new scheme for months now.
Let me get this straight, if the Bx3 can run some artics, why can't the Bx10 run any? I know the Bx3 route pretty well and Sedgwick Av itself is pretty small in width. The Bx10 needs help out there since there are WAY TOO MANY people in a bus and it causes delays.
