  2. Nope. 1726-1730 are still at Corona yard. The currently has 1721-1725, 1731-1735, 1741-1750, and 2191-2195. There is another one that just came in which is coupled with the current spare at Westchester yard.
  3. 1721-1725 have been there for weeks. They came with 1731-1735. I need to check if the third set is out next time since the latest one was all the way in the back of the Westchester yard.
  4. 6253 at Castleton. It was on the S48. Weird how the front side has a Gun Hill depot sticker and on the back it has a Yukon sticker on it.
  5. 9646 was on the S79 way past 7:00 P.M. I saw it at Richmond Av and saw it again at 86 Street picking up passengers heading to the Staten Island Mall. 9575 was on the S62 like S78 via Hylan said.
  6. Another 5-car set of R62A's are sitting at Westchester yard as of this morning. Its been coupled with the spare set that was sitting all the way at the back of the yard. The other two sets were running at the time.
  7. Another 5 car set of R62A's are at Westchester yard. The current two sets were in service and another 10-car set was sitting at Westchester yard this morning.
  8. Yesterday I saw a Charleston MCI at Fordham Plaza where the Bx15 stops. Wonder what it was there for?
  9. No its not ending yet. Someone just jumped to a conclusion due to a light amount of R160's running on the today. People saw a quite handful of R32's on the today. Besides, like me and many others said before, not all the R32's are used on the so there were more available to use at 207 Street yard. The R160 SMS hasn't been completed yet and summer hasn't ended yet so the R32's are still at ENY Yard.
  10. The R160 SMS is not done yet. Besides, 207 Street yard has a lot of sets of R32's in their property besides the ones used in service. I'm guessing there were barely any R160's used on the Today. Don't get ahead of yourself unless you searched the entire route and looked the the Lines as well.
  11. There are PLENTY of R142A's for their use during weekends, especially on Sundays. Once more R62A's come to their territory, then the R62A's should be popping up on a regular basis, but those R62A's have seen weekend service before though. Westchester doesn't need all of their trains running on weekends.
  12. Yep. A couple of R142's and its funny how there was a R142A from Jerome on the southern portion. BTW, a R142A train went to Woodlawn earlier today.
  13. Damit, you beat me to it! And 2125 looks like it has a full width cab as well. Oh yeah, 2 R160 Trains terminated at 125 Street earlier today because of an investigation at 5th Avenue-53rd Street. Others were rerouted via the after West 4 Street.
  14. Like cboii22 said, the RTS are picked up by Yukon drivers at Ulmer Park for the day, but at night those RTS are returned to Ulmer Park and the Yukon drivers get picked up after that.
  15. I would see singles from the 42 Street shuttle taking over. Some singles from the 42 Street shuttle are work cars already, although there is a R62A single from Corona yard as a work car sitting at the 207 Street yard.
  16. Well, its a different story for me with the KB Hybrids. Damn. This reminds me of the driver I had on the Bx3 Sunday night after the Dominican parade. He had bachata playing the whole time and nobody complained. Well, I was worried because the bus was PACKED for a overnight Bx3 bus.
  17. Patterns are always different. Motormen don't always get the same equipment everyday.
  18. Some of the R142A's from the have them too and they're not new. BTW, I have a clip of R62A #1995 with a full-width cab.
  19. There are a total of 85 Next Gens in the KB Roster and there are only like 2 of them out of service for repairs so basically almost all 85 Next Gens are running especially during rush hour. The Orion V's in Staten Island are beaten up badly due to the areas those buses go through which are pretty tough for a bus. The ones at KB don't go through harsh areas a lot of times since most are stuck in Kingsbridge or Riverdale, although the other areas some of them go through are pretty tough, but not enough to make the Orions problematic. The Orion V and Orion VII's at KB are taken care of pretty well at KB.
  20. Ah not really. From my experience, The Next Gens have a lot of trouble getting up hills and the Orion V's speed up on the hills with little to no problems. The Next Gens are mostly out in KB territory because it makes the job for KB drivers easier when it comes to having disabled passengers. There are 85 Next Gens out and KB has been getting a lot of Orion V's from other depots and from repairs so more are available for their use. As far as the routes that use Next Gens the Bx3, Bx7, Bx10, Bx13, and the M100 are notorious for having a lot of Next Gens out just like Cait Sith said, but the M100 has a tendency of having mostly artics out due to the amount of passengers it gets everyday and its a qualified route to have artics running. Just to put it simple, the Next Gens make the job easier for some of the drivers, but the downside is that the Next Gens run so slow and are not really that reliable in general.
  21. The ones in decent condition are kept in storage just in case a depot needs more buses if they send their buses for overhauls or for an emergency.
  22. Wonder if this is LEGIT because my guess is that you had a R62 that came back from 240 Street yard, but the signs weren't fixed up. If I can see the evidence, I'll believe it but other than that, I still have my doubts if its true.
  23. Well, I checked for the R62A's that were converted and yes indeed 1995 has a full width cab. Funny how fellow bros 1991 and 1996 still don't have full width cabs. 1991-2000 with 1919 in the middle were running together and 1995 was the ONLY car with a full width cab in that set. 1995 was on the conductor side with 1991 leading the way Manhattan-bound.
