I knew it's legal and I told the bus driver that. It's only him because he was in a stubborn mood. There are some drivers who are nice and some of them who are just plain RUDE! He thought the recording would spark a terror attack, and I'm like “what”?! I didn't had time to argue with his stupid *** because he had a job to do.

You know, I rarely record videos of buses because sometimes I get nervous when people are around. I usually think that at any moment, someone is going to say something. When I do record videos, I usually pretend that I am watching something on my handheld device(android phone or itouch).

Yeah. Gotta watch your back while recording. Next time, if any rude-*** bus driver says I can't record, I'll just tell him Section 1050.9c says ”I CAN"
