I work near Astoria, curving onto Ditmars would not be a good idea, especially considering that elevated's are not built easy these days. You have to worry about community opposition, the effect, etc.

Are there any plans for Phase 3 & 4 yet? Like how many tracks it will be? Cause I personally would like 4 tracks, not the dumb two track layout we have on SAS now.
