  1. Let's try a hard one: Due to majorly important electrical work that needs to be done on 8th Avenue (34th to High St), 6th Avenue (same way the G.O is happening now), and Lexington (59th to Brooklyn Bridge.) These service changes are scheduled for weekend and weeknights for a month, workers need access to the tracks. What do you do?
  2. I'm still scratching my head as to how in the world the IND managed to run both Astoria service and Flushing service at the same time. Wasn't Queens Boulevard built when Flushing was extended past 74th Street?
  3. Which is why 74 St Broadway needs to be rebuilt in a layout similar to Woodside. Two Island platforms. It removes that three legged transfer. OR, you can add 74th St stop to express trains by switching over to the local then back to the express, but then that causes congestion.
  4. Apologies I got them confused. I will draw up a track map, but the ones on NYC Subway.org are outdated and don't have the Second Avenue track maps that I can use to show you my other Second Avenue plan.
  5. I said not , and I didn't say send them to Jamiaca Center, I said they CONNECT TO the Jamiaca Center tracks.
  6. If the Staten Island tunnel was cancelled later then it originally was, the tail tracks would have been extended farther. However, funding needs to be included in the 2020 capital program to extend those tracks, cause 10 tph is ridiculous. Not only can we extend capacity along 4th Avenue, we can improve service along Broadway and 4th Avenue. My main issue is Queens Boulevard. That line DESPERATELY need either a bypass line or service reroute of the and . Return the as a part time route during rush hour from 9th Avenue (or 2nd Avenue) via 6th Avenue local (some trains operate will originate from Jamiaca Center to "buffer" or lag the trains along 6th Avenue so that the has space), runs via 63rd St with some via 53rd St, then to the new bypass line with stops at Roosevelt and Forest Hills, then Briarwood where it connects back to the to 179th and to Jamaica Center. Now the only main issue with this is 6th Avenue capacity.
  7. Why not switch the to Bay Ridge and the to Coney via West End?
  8. Nothings impossible. Something can happen on Concourse that will restrict the from gaming access to Bedford Park Yard, and in turn will gain a R160 from the .
  9. I work near Astoria, curving onto Ditmars would not be a good idea, especially considering that elevated's are not built easy these days. You have to worry about community opposition, the effect, etc.
  10. : 207th St to 34th St-Penn Station : Chambers St to Ozone Park and the Rockaways via Fulton Express. : Between Jay St-Metro Tech and Euclid. : Between Jamaica Center to Queens Plaza, then via the to Church Avenue. : Between 205th St and 34th St-Herald Square. : Between Grand St and Coney Island via West End. : Between 179th and Lex-63rd, then via the to Atlantic, then via the to Coney Island. : From Forest Hills to 47-50 Sts via 53rd. : From Metropolitian to Myrtle.
  11. Are there any plans for Phase 3 & 4 yet? Like how many tracks it will be? Cause I personally would like 4 tracks, not the dumb two track layout we have on SAS now.
  12. Oh my God how many delays were there yesterday, 16??
