The MTA does not plan to keep ALL of their R32's and I'm unsure of the R42'same since the R179's are supposed to replace that too. Did the plans Change?

Then (not gonna mention the fleet cause of what happened with the Canarsie fleet swap thread) could be moved out in favor of these retrofitted R68's plus the R179's for the then, your statement would be justified.
