  1. I was going home on the X14 today and due to traffic on the FDR, The B/O got off at South St. and took the local streets to Water St. Was a bit of a change.
  2. I think it was one of the 1200's, The ad is a bit more colorful.
  3. Museum of Sex ads are back up, but on the side of the bus. Saw one on the side of a M15 SBS.
  4. Did you also put up the Q20B sign at Castleton today? (It was in 2765)
  5. I wonder if people are going to be confused Monday.
  6. I couldn't get any pictures but the started putting up new signs for the express bus stops for the redesign starting 8/19.
  7. Question: is there always a dispatcher at a bus timepoint? I've been though many timepoints w/o a dispatcher there to make sure that the buses are on schedule.
  8. I'm pretty sure the wants to cut the QM3. 3 round trips a day on 30 min headways. At least make the QM3 run express to downtown via the FDR Drive instead of duplicating the LIRR. That would boost ridership.
  9. To add on, why are all the BusTime maps messed up? Some of the routes aren't even on streets. And some new loops are shown on some other routes?
  10. I looked at the BusTime map for the S57 and found a new loop by Jewett Ave. What's that for?
  11. Bus drivers aren't supposed to be running errands on the job🤣
  12. Yukon also gives all of its unwrapped NGs and some wrapped NGs to KB. Charleston and Castleton cover a lot of Yukon runs.
  13. Just put the shorter buses in a separate depot. (i.e. the S42, S55, S56 and S89 LTD in one depot, they all have daily ridership of less than 1,000.)
  14. Random thought: Why doesn't the use 30-35 ft long buses on low ridership routes like the B39, S55/56 etc? Wouldn't that save money?
  15. Can't the buses behind you just change lanes?
  16. So the SIM5x, SIM6x and SIM7 don't have a Depot except for trippers?
