  1. Wow, http://www.subchat.com/buschat/read.asp?Id=281138 If this doesn't show absolute disregard for others, then nothing will. And this little child wants a second chance? I may not like bounad's taunts, but that kid really deserved it.
  2. And the sad part is if I said any of this and what realizm said, then he'd go postal on me. Very sad and pathetic....
  3. Rode the R for the last time thru the tunnel. They sure wasted no time to put up the new signs leaving only a paper sign showing manhattan/queens at Court st. Caught an R32 J at Fulton. A few days ago I caught an R160 C, but did see some in the opposite direction today (mix of 8500s and 9900s). On the way back I caught all 3 A trains (lefferts, long wait for the Far Rock, and a little more waiting for the Rock park A).
  4. Even though gold talks shit about this site, I have to agree with him about it being so strange/weird. But I can't say I was that surprised as bounad did go overboard on the sex talk (even if he was trying to 'make a point').
  5. Yeah, real mature of him calling me out like that. I love r30a's post. Irony indeed.
  6. I'm more curious about who this 'spy' is. I mean you have to be a member to see the chats right? I find it funny the one day in a while i post there and bam that thread 'magically' appears. But I think it speaks more about him that he'd still have issues with me than the others that have torn him up over there. The fact he didn't even hide how he made a new account here and was caught just reeks of desperation. What makes him think we'd want him back when he made a fool of himself in his short stay there? Not even a month and nothing but flame wars. So he wants to blame someone, he needs to look at the mirror. If he did grow up, he'd let his obsessions go and move on.
  7. We don't even have a museum for the buses yet. I highly doubt that would happen. A 3 track platform would be nice, but you can forget about 8.
  8. That desperate huh. If anyone has the screen shots, plz post them or tell me basically what he said.
  9. I've only gone to Olive Garden when they have those unlimited pasta specials. God the pasta is delicious. Lunch and dinner all at once.
  10. I'm glad I flew last in 2007 before all this messed up shit. Napalitano is a dictator with all the shit she let pass under her watch including those xray scanners/'cavity search' type patdowns etc...
  11. I've been taking the Q35 more often as of late and hadn't stepped foot at Flatbush av as much. Why did they merge both the bergen beach and KP B41 stands instead of keeping them separate? Now the 'is this going to Kings Plaza' questions will never end. They really need to split the designation with either a suffix or a new route number. This is just a stupid move. At least before the spots were totally separate and you'd have to be illiterate to not know where you were. Now everyone will be rushing for the first bus they see and then ask later when it is time for the line to split at av P. Also I thought the point of annexing the 'triangle' was so they could push the bus stop stand further down to allow the buses to be more spread out? The only line that won was the B103 which now has a stop all on its own (and deserves it).
  12. True, but anyway with the high line, it feels hectic and you need to keep moving or you get in someone's way. Central Park, if there's too many people, I can find a least visited path and enjoy my own space. As a park in the 'overall sense of a park as open green space', I'd still take Central Park. I will say that some of the seats that look like they were made from those flat trucks or hand cars was neat as well as the 'puddle floor'. I just hope they get the last part around the rail yard built before they build those towers over it. And while in the area, let me just say how much of a pita is was to find Washington Sq park with all the crooked roads (i figured I could've saved a few blocks using the diagonal roads instead of going back to 13th or 14th st and walk down). So makes me appreciate the grid system.
  13. I finally took a walk on the high line. It was ok, and nice seeing the segments of preserved tracks, but Central Park is still my fav park. The park didn't take long to finish from ~13th st to ~32nd.
  14. NG 4635 on the Q35. Now I've pretty much seen everything on that line this year alone.
  15. The hell? Now he has to spread his desperation to another forum? Someone should make an account there and link the subchat thread before it is reefed.
  16. I always keep my sunglasses on because of potential debris flying especially bugs. I tend not to go for the front row as it's always a huge line for it, but will take a ride there if the wait isn't too bad. Yeah. One thing for sure, I'm not riding the back row, lol. Oh well I guess I shouldn't say won't as the curves and construction (pre fabricated tracks) should make it 'safer' than riding the last seat of the cyclone. I'm def gonna try to ride the bull at least 2 times if I can.
  17. Sounds good. Last year I left before 8pm because I was just dead tired getting all the big coasters done (still pissed that day with el toro being down, being the only big coaster i've yet to ride).
  18. Thanks! Well i went there in 2008 and for kingda ka i waited like 45min twice, so i don't think i really need the flash pass. Yeah the last bus is the one i'm concerned with.
  19. What time does the bus get to the park and what time must you leave? For me if I am not there before the rope drops like 10:30am, then it's a lost cause. There's no way to finish the park unless you get Kingda Ka out of the way first thing in the morning. I dunno what the line is like for Green Lantern as I heard it takes a while because they have to adjust people to stand on it. Speaking of the parks, if all goes well, I'm heading to Hershey and Dorney park for the first time in maybe 20years. I barely remember the parks before, but can't wait to ride the coasters at both places. Coaster credits My eventual goal: Cedar Point and Six Flags Magic Mountain. Oh god... I just hope it was for his mom, but if they actually take him seriously, then I have lost all respect for them. Also smh at the 'relationships/girls' comments by the 2 kids there. I guess tmi doesn't register?
  20. You mean crews, as I don't think they'd want to be crammed in a small cab after being used to a full width cab for so many years. I don't see how passengers would complain about having a few extra seats and space to stand.
  21. The karts at CI was ok, never rode the one it replaced, but it was a decent course. I didn't dare put the pedal to the floor in fear the thing would flip on its side. Anyway everyone kept their distance and no one tried to over take me or i overtaking another person. The steeplechase and eagle ride were soso. Once and done, not worth riding more. The skyscraper thing, the hell? I was charged 12 creds on that thing, did they raise the price today (listed as 10)? bs. Did a few rides at luna park: the disko, air race (still my fav flat ride). Finally did 2 rides on the Cyclone. 1 ride was in the very 2nd row and the other was the 3rd row in the 2nd car. Both rides were much better than that insane back row, last car ride. No violent ejection and slamming feeling. So it redeemed itself a little. Total: $60 for 70 credits. Of course going to Six flags is worth it over CI, pity it's a pita to get there.
  22. For the SI ones, I think the M or D suffix is a good idea. For the Brooklyn ones, unnecessary. Now perhaps they should split the midtown and downtown segments?
