  1. The old blue and white livery is dated and it was definitely time for a change. The new colors are much more attractive, even though I think the express scheme could be much better.
  2. 0023 has arrived at Zerega. After approval it will head to it's first of 2 depots for demo testing. Yes it is in the new colors, which I am not a fan of on the express fleet.
  3. They don't, but unfortunately they have to... I was just at UP with my RTS and I was talking about operations with the guys a few days before. Most vets (but not all) want them to stay. They were made for routes like the B6. 20 XD's plus new ones are headed to UP.
  4. XD40 assignments have changed yet again. UP is now set to get 20 of the older XD40's and please do not ask me because I do NOT have the new assignments yet. There are quite a few changes coming so be patient guys.
  5. Can we not ask all these questions in this thread? This is not what this is for. Please take the extended conversations to the Fleet & Depots thread. Thank you. That's kind of a promotion lol. That means it won't be going anywhere for the next 4 years unless it gets scrapped. I saw one the new LFSA's in question upstate headed to Nova on Wednesday evening. It's either 5530 or one of the pilots. My bet is that it was a pilot. It didn't have any numbers or decals of any kind.
  6. 1007 to WF And the same as all excelsior's since 7090. The XDE's have to pass the audit inspection before they go into service.
  7. Everything 2011 and new will be have their WiFi activated, and at this time only new buses will get the new scheme and outlets with the exception of the express buses of course. All the pre-2011 buses will be retired or start to retire within the next 4-5 years. It also appears that MTA may be dropping the Green Express scheme that was expected for the next generation of express buses. Express Testing & Evaluation Update: The Alexander-Dennis went back and the D45 CRT LE is now pending.
  8. Artic assignments are being updated now. LFSA option assignments are also posted in case anyone missed it. First of all, you know that I speak in a very direct and aggressive manner, so why state whats been obvious for the last decade here? This isn't our first "roadeo." Frankly, no one gives a damn about you expressing your opinion on the fleet as that is your right. As I said before and will say it again, internal ops do not concern you or the general public in any way. You can comment on whatever you want, but neither MTA or myself will ever be obligated to tell you or the general public what fleets plan are, especially in a post-9/11 environment. I think you should seriously call 511 and ask them why drivers are fighting fight over old RTS buses and complain about it. I would love for you to see what what happens.... You sir are just an ass-hole that likes to be confrontational every chance you get. You wanna sit here and play the victim and beat a dead horse. You keep changing how you word your posts to argue a point that will never be valid. You keep bringing up this "commenting" on the fleet crap to deflect from the fact that you are dead wrong, and that was never what I was talking about. Period.
  9. Just my random bus moment and thoughts for the day: How much I miss the variety in NYC, and am thankful that as a modeler I can keep a bit if this history in my living room. 😎 Work, play, and hobby. That means buses for me all day everyday! I also have to admit that even though this is a career for me, NYCTF, TTMG made me appreciate the fan side of it. I may come off strong at times and a few may not care for me much but you all here are the reason I am who I am. You all created ENY, and MTA personnel gave me the nick name and I have to thank you all for that because it has been a blessing. I've also learned to appreciate the opinion of you all and the rest of those who are on the other side of the industry, meaning the transit fans and everyday riders. I did not understand you people prior to the internet! Lol So for those that may not care for me much, I apologize if I ever offended anyone. I'm just a Brooklyine who pationate about what I do, and do not play when it comes to facts, information, or my career within this industry. Thanks for all of you guys support over the last decade! Also, please respect what we do and remember we take time out of our regular careers to provide fans, the average rider, and fellow industry employees information that was not available to even us once upon a time. We are not under any obligation to provide the general public of internal information and I was once repremanded for providing info here prior to MTA Brass authorization. For those that don't know, I posted MTA would award Standard Test Bus Orders to Nova, NewFlyer and Orion, and would then simultaneously resurrect the C40LF because the neither the Xcelsior nor the C40LFR were approved for MTA ops, and I would later explain why when I introduced the Bus Test & Evaluation Program. At my time of posting, MTA had not notified any manufacturer of these pending awards except for Orion. This caused major issues as all the manufactureing firms and MTA Brass read NYCTF. I posted a were earlier than I was supposed to, and MTA had to issue an emergency statement validating my claims which I was accused of lying about from everyone from regular posters to SEPTA, to multiple MTA employees who did not know about the pending plans. I almost lost my entire career providing you all exclusive information, and it bothers me sometimes when people here think they are entitled to this information that we provide. Appreciate what we do, because we won't be here forever, and we didn't have anything remotely close to this as children. We didn't even know people shared the same passions and thought we were weird. There's too much negativity in this community at times, and many have gotten so used to this information, and complacent, that they have become ungreatful for it and have even used it against the MTA or myself and filed complaints for one reason or another. God forbid we all just decide to quit one day, shut down NYCTF and TTMG, then privatize MTA.... Rant over. -ENY
  10. Buses are spread out and us people in the poor neighborhoods don’t give a damn about which bus pulls up. As he asked above, where have you been? Queens has basically gotten new buses every year for the last 9..... And Queens doesn’t have a lot of old RTS at all. We have the majority here in Brooklyn. Your facts are off in several areas here, but I’m only going to reference 2 for right now..... Queens NYCT and Bus combined only have 86 RTS buses..... Queens only has 63 Gen I OG’s.... Can we be done with this conversation now? 😴 For me to have rode on, driven, and evaluated countless MTA Buses, (especially the RTS) I’m amazed and must just be very lucky with buses because I hardly ever get crap RTS’ and they consist of about 70% of my overall trips seeing as I live in Brooklyn and we have the bulk of them. I ride them daily on the B6, B14, B15, and B17. I’m almost certain I’ve been on, and behind the wheel of more of them that about 90% of the posters here. (Including some Bus operators we have here.) I guess I just have excellent luck when it comes to them! 🤷🏾‍♂️ And once again, the would have been gone if buses could be made fast enough. Overall, the maintenance record tell a tale slightly different then some of the narrative you all provide. If they were 50% as bad as some of you say, they would have been replaced in a similar manner to the Orion V’s and VII hybrids. Before most of you who are making this comments were born there was a much worse situation. MTA used to keep buses a lot longer than they used to now, and if you compare the records fleetwide, with the exception of the Nova LFS the remaining fleet has an average breakdown rate greater than that of the RTS. If we wanna get into that and review the records I will point out how out of 300+ old raggedy RTS buses, how many were road called today versus how many New Flyers that aren’t even 365 days old have been recalled, and the rediculously high rate of NG road calls is insane. Nothing will look brand new for 20 years in NYC, but I have to disagree based on the maintenance records. The wheelchair lift has always been the Achilles Heel of the RTS, and MTA uses the kneeler more than any agency in the country. By no means am I taking away from that because I’m currently having life issues with my Nova RTS and it’s definitely a pain. I also have a leaky roof hatch. Common problem when showing age, and that can easily be replaced. But in terms of everything else, I know for a fact my RTS, and my friends RTS’ runs circles around this new equipment.... They are much less labor intensive, cost less to maintain, and the gas mileage for MTA RTS’ is the same as our newest MCI’s just for reference. Mind you the MCI is a lot heavier and operates at higher speeds.... But to be honest, I couldn’t care less at this point. People are always going to have their own opinion which we are all entitled to. I have my own, and this is my second, so even when they are gone I will still have mine. I think it’s nice that out of 5,800 buses, more than 300 Legends are still around. You younger guys are spoiled these days. Once upon a time it was the norm to have 22 year old buses running around. Did some of you know that people come from all over the globe to catch a pic or ride on an RTS? Let them live out their last 2 years in peace. If they were hated so much or didn’t have the maintenance record that I know they do and I have access to, Quill wouldn’t have any at all. Add up the numbers...... Theres no reason for Quill in 2018 to have the RTS other than the history and the fact that’s it’s been the staple of NYC for decades. If you own an RTS you can book a TV commercial, music video or ad faster than any other model as long as you aren’t in Cali. They only want them for pre-2000 era projects. Those buses are money makes and they move NYC every time we have a major storm... Can’t wait to see how things go when we have a blizzard and there are no RTS buses to send out on snow loans... Hope most of you all have cars or an RTS like me in 10 years! Lol I don’t see ANY of the other models other than RTS on the “Bus IQ Test” on the new digital displays either..... I wonder why that is? Yes the need to go. You all can stand 2 more years running or less. Your ancestors had to deal with them longer.... The 7000 series RTS were here for what 25 years? One of my best friends who is also in the industry heavily like I am (and currently an MTA bus veteran operator) drove 7018 this morning. It will run circles around every last Bus in our fleet. Including every RTS we have currently have in service..... I wanna see if anyone collects something we have in the fleet now 40 years later.... Maybe I’m just bias because I love them and I’m from Detroit. Maybe it’s because I was a contractor for Millennium and have consulted with Roswell and Pontiac since 1990. Whatever it is, the black and white has spoken for itself since 1977. Take out the wheelchair lift, lack of driver space and comfort, as well as things that come with age, there’s no real valid complaint other than it being “old.” The Defence rests. RTS for life! Detroit designed and built. If anyone brings me better maintenance records, (Other than Nova LFS which has a modular design based directly off the RTS) I will stand down.... And I’m also a Truck and Bus Maintenance Technician in training, as well as an Airframe & Powerplant (Aircraft & Engine) Tech if anyone wants to question my professional opinion or experience and expertise on these things.... Someone here once said all I do is sit behind a desk and push papers and read statistics, when in reality most all of you have probably seen or passed me somewhere within the 5 boroughs and didn’t even know. Anywho, I’m done with this discussion and think I’mma go watch some videos of me whipping my RTS....💪🏾
  11. I think you are missing what I am saying here. If there is a batch of old buses, they to go somewhere, what the operators say about them and how they feel about them is none of your concern. With a fleet this large there will always be 10+ year old buses at all times. Yes you are entitled to your opinion, and you can write or call in and voice them at anytime. However fleet planning, operations, and things like run numbers, and assignment decisions based on need still are of no concern to you. These are internal issues which you don't even have the knowledge of to be in a position to comment. That's all. Yes it is a public agency, and by no means am I saying you don't have a voice. My point is that when buses are old, as all the test buses will be in the near future, many communities may not want to have them, but someone is going to have to get them. As far as covering service, and how the operators feel about the equipment they drive every day as I said, should not be your concern, not the general public. It doesn't affect you unless there is no bus to make service. So no bus or old bus? If there is no bus, complain, if the bus is too old, go ahead and complain too. Public agency or not, there is some information that you should not be entitled to or does not concern you. Most of which many of you would not know if it were not for platforms like these. I think at times you worry too much about trivial things that don't directly or at times even indirectly affect you, service or the general public. I totally understand what you are saying, but again, I don't see why a fight over older buses between Bus Company and Transit is really any of your concern?
  12. I never said communities don’t sway decisions. However in terms of the artics, it was already in the works years before anyone even though of writing or contacting someone about it. However due to the artic debacle of 2004 Contrary to popular belief, MTA is not moving towards a trend of fewer buses. There has been growth buses with almost every placed in recent years and future fleet plans call for more as well. So let’s not jump to conclusions. Fighting over older buses is something that shouldn’t concern you or any other average rider. The buses have to go somewhere until they are replaced. Period. Only depots with good maintenance or a temp assignment of buses soon to be retired would get them anyway. So I’m not sure what the issue is here. AD=Alexander Dennis
  13. As mentioned by others is not because of maintenance, but rather fleet uniformity. In terms of maintenance it keeps costs down, and at the same time doesn’t overload a particular depots Store Room with parts from a ton of buses. CMF,s like ENY and Brand would have no issue maintaining a LFS. Before all of this started I went into extensions discussion as to why this was going to happen. For example, once upon a time when Ulmer had RTS’, LFS’, E10’s, XD’s, X3’s, and MCI’s I said this was going to be a nightmare for maintenance. We all see what happened with that. Non-CFM depots should NOT have more than 3 bus types, or 4 if they are larger enough or have a CFM near. MTA finally took what I recommended from day 1 and implemented it system-wide. For that reason all bus types will be consolidated to central areas. However, as I mentioned before it is/was inevitable that the Xcelsiors begreen to creep into new territory more and more. And with the 275 hybrids coming in (that will be accelerated) we will likely see them spill over into Staten Island and QV. The order for 25 at Bus is competitive, yet MTA Bus is an “Xcelsiors” Company, so it doesn’t take rocket science to see how that’s gonna go. Case in point. I said a year ago that the next Bus Co. artic order would be competitive, but my sources said it would go to New Flyer because of the delivery schedule and new Fleet Uniformity Program. In case anyone missed it, I added in the assignments for 5531-5602 to the first page. I forgot to mention it once Seven Eleven pointed out that I missed it, and they were finalized for the time being. I will be updating the XD40 and XD60 assignments soon. I didn’t post the revision I had because The Real notified me that they would be changing yet again. There is a 97% chance ALL the LFSA’s will be for SBS. In a way you do have a say. Especially working at East New York. Ask some of your vets about it. I don’t think I can really go into that, but I have said time and time again, that whatever East New York and Quill want as a whole, they get. It’s all bout 4 factors now; Your individual seniority, your Depot’s overall systemwide seniority, uniformity, and customer reception. The final decision of course is up to MTA Brass, however they can be swayed. Major example is the fact that Quill and EN still have substantial RTS fleets that we’re supposed to be gone long ago. That’s what they want as a whole. When significantly new buses come out this day in age, you all actually have a more of a say now publicly. However there’s a bit of a catch to it. I will use some recent examples. During the inaugural Bus Test & Evaluation program, all the operators, maintenance personnel and supervisors at the test depots we’re asked their opinion on the new buses. This was a deciding factor into what went where out of the 3 standard models. When it comes to artics, The Bronx has notoriously been the proving grounds for those. So it’s no coincidence that even though at the time the B46 was the heaviest used line In America, SBS was born in The Bronx. So to date we have whitnessed the original 1000 series D60HF’s, 1200 and 4700 BTE buses get their start in the Bronx. A present day evaluation was 7484. JA is legacy depot, and Nova stronghold for both generations of the LFS. For this new pilot, their staff evaluated the XD and gave their opinion. See above*** Seniority, the GM, maintenance and need are the key factors. Hovever in the case of the RTS, the legacy seniority depots have had decades long fights over those and the only justified need for them I’d the fact that’s it’s the undisputed American Work bourse. Considering their age, MDBF, Wheel-Chair life issues, and lack of driver space for the big and tall, nothing has ever held a candle to it. It’s Grandmother, The “New Look” was the only one to date that can match its Maintenance record. Depots fought over those back in the day as well. Historically, we haven’t seen anyone fight over any other model ever introduced....... Historically, when there is need, absolute priority goes to the depots of need. Where there is a fleet balance, or maintenance decision in play, absolute priority (off the record) goes to EN, then Quill, then the rest of Brooklyn, then everyone else. OR the depots with the best maintenance. He explained later what he meant, and I would add on by using the example of the last 88 option XD40’s. They will be up for grabs. Who’s gonna get them? What will be the deciding factors? We won’t really know until the time comes. Hybrids at QV were originally placed because MTA wanted them spread out and it was unknown at the time that if they weren’t in a stop-and-go environment they would require significantly more maintenance. QV does not save nearly as much fuel as depots like Quill and Manhattanville. The hybrids with the worse MBDF and fuel economy were Staten Island followed by Queens. The higher the average speed, the faster the batteries die. Hence we now ONLY have hybrids on the S79 in Staten Island. Newer hybrids can handle both conditions much better now, and the MTA will so begin the evaluation of which platform works best for them when it comes to the current hybrid BTE. So because someone is paid good money it means they shouldn’t have a say in what the operate? Sounds a bit oppressive to me and part of the reason culture within MTA and many other corporations is the way that it is today. The best companies operate on a structure where everyone has some type of say in operations. And by the way, Ulmer had old beat up RTS because the drivers wanted them, and they handled the B6 better and still do better than any bus ever will. Not only that, Brookynites prefer the RTS as a whole. I still see tons of people, along with myself, pass up low floors daily in our “not-so-fancy” neighborhoods. The ONLY Brooklyn operators who seem not to like them are the Big & Tall guys, rookies, people who are only there for a check and have no interest in buses otherwise, and vets who don’t really wanna do too much work, or worry about the lift. Like them or not, they are definitely, old, tired, and some need to be retired. However, one thing none of us can argue about is the fact that they speak for themselves every winter when they run circles around everything else. God help us where there are no more. 🤭😴 Let’s not even speak in the hypothetical on this one. Let’s use 2 real examples. 1.) 8600-8703: East New York and Quill were not coming off those, and that was the end of that discussion before it even started. They will likely go down in the history books as the only non-specialized fleet to spend their entire standard 12 years service lives in one location. 2.) 5175-5199. EC vs LG vs FB vs EN. That got ugly... Really ugly. EC is still pissed about it and everyone started in-fighting over RTS as LG started picking them off one-by-one. Everyone raises hell about missing and late buses. It’s wasnt the UES residents, it was Ops Planning. They were already on the list of new buses because of the average fleet age. If they had a major SBS route they would have got them before Stengel. This is always and forever going to be a long painful process. MTA has the most buses in North America. It’s a cycle that’s never going to end. In 2020 it will be time for more hybrids, then the next massive retirement cycle of the OG’s followed by ALL the BTE buses, then the C40LF’s. In just 5 short years, a great majority of those buses will be more than a decade old, and you will be saying this same thing again. And that’s the thing. That all depends on the operator and likely the factors I mentioned above lol. People like me and all my vet friends would take a D60, Orion V, or RTS over anything, any day. I literally have only 1 friend (of at least 10) at MTA who doesn’t like the RTS and he says it’s only because there’s no room in the driver compartment, and his depot didn’t maintain them well over the years lol.
  14. Because SBS is priority at the moment, all other artic lines will shuffle the older buses the foreseeable future. The only artics we don’t have an assignment for through 2020 are the 15 all electric buses. That is correct, in addition to 6753.
  15. If not mentioned: 5525 to MQ 6440 QV to CS You never know with WF. We have said “they sent the last RTS out,” like 6 times now over the last few years. Lol
  16. The AD’s can actually be assigned to Eastchester, Charleston, or Yonkers. In addition to what the others mentioned about traffic, buses are not allowed on the Brooklyn Bridge. I actually mentioned this a few months ago. There’s no longer a need for the 4700’s to go to Brooklyn, and there would be nowhere for them to go other than the B15. Since EN won’t be fully articulated ready for a while that’s not happening. I also mentioned then that the LFSA fleet would be converted to brand new XD60’s, which is now confirmed. I ask you guys to please check the first page of this thread for fleet and depot updates before you ask any questions. Manhattanville is getting hybrids. The projected production fleet is 9510-9784. Preliminary plans call for the rest to go to Brooklyn and other Manhattan depots. I am also being told the final fleet replace fleet replacements for the S79+ are not set in stone and could in fact end up being XDE40’s. QV could end up in the mix with them as well. However, right now only Manhattanville and Grand are confirmed. They don’t actually come on the Prevost by default. MTA can spec whichever model they want. They went with these because of the deal they got on them as well as to evaluate them in service. Remember MTA now puts any new bus, component, acessory or subsystem through a qualification program. They prefer the old run box as They don’t ever have to worry about it breaking down or malfunctioning. No it’s going to be in the same location. I’m about 95% sure our classic D-Series day are over at this point. The XDE60’s will be assigned to Quill for the M14+. As far as the B46+, I am being told it will be a mixed fleet with only about 13 artics. The line is still under evaluation, and an addition or subtraction will be made when the time comes. The digital run boxes can be operated by the Desination sign ODK or the farebox actually. Theoretically any bus in the fleet can be retrofitted with them and it could be operated by the destination sign ODK or the farebox. It’s activated (when the option is available) by pressing the “Route” button, entering the run number and hitting enter. This dates all the way back, but it’s very true (not a rumor) that Brooklyn division as a whole didn’t want anything to do with Orion’s of any type. EN, FB, and UP all tested the OG, and none of them wanted any. Even right now EN can’t wait to get rid of the OG’s. Eventually they were forced to get them anyway, and UP remained all RTS as they also rejected the NG. Flatbush on the other hand was willing to take them as many of the rookie drivers (which FB had a lot of at the time) usually tend to hate the RTS because they are not as easy to operate as the newer and lighter low floor equipment. For example, only veterans are comfortable taking an RTS out on the B13 because they don’t have as tight a turning radius as any of the other buses. You are 100% correct. What you heard was true, and yes EN rejected the NG as well. But one of the reasons is because they were hoping for the RTS low floors which many do not know tested out of ENY on a stealth mode demo run. MTA had previously had a fall out with Nova over the RTS Hybrid order, and subsequently said they were done with them. TA only agreed to test the low floor because it was presented by Millennium, which would eventually be on the agenda to be awarded an order for 90 test buses. But MTA’s requirement that they produce 8 pilots, then 22 first run production buses followed by a second run of 60 put a nail in that coffin. He was likely just referring to Gleason, which wanted the RTS CNG over the Orion V. The issue with the RTS CNG is that it just costed too much. The RTS was already notoriously the most expensive bus you could get, and that cost was further driven up by CNG which costed more back then than it does now in comparison to diesel buses. All the buses in the active fleet have power steering....... That’s been a standard feature in every vehicle in America since before you were born I’m sure lol. Fanning the “Brake” is the the manner in which the break is repeatedly depressed, which builds and releases pressure in the air chamber and increases stopping power. If the brakes are not calibrated correctly or are wearing down the first tine is it takes a lot more pressure to stop the bus.
  17. 4083 to WF on loan. 1001, 1002, 1004, 1006, 1007, 7622, 7634, 7641 being prepped for depot delivery to WF and FB respectively.
  18. The original XD60 assignments will be updated soon. The XD40 re-assignment is delayed yet again because as of this afternoon it has changed yet again lol. glad I didn't post anything this morning! I would have been changing it by tomorrow. I was however able to confirm that the depot assignments will all remain the same as far as fleet totals. The fleet numbers for the depots is the only thing that will change. The last 88 are still unassigned, and the remaining 25 listed on the first page are still for Bus Co. in 2021. Its too early to tell where the 25 for bus will go for sure. Initial plans were for LG, however there is a major push for them to go to EC. My current intel is however stating they will be for the Q70+ as that will be the last SBS line in the entire city to not have "new" SBS buses with USB outlets, WiFi. This would mean LG would likely send 25 to EC. On the other hand, its a fact that the current LG Link fleet would have WiFi activated long before new buses come in anyway. so for now it look like LG as initially planned. We won't have concrete confirmation however until 2020. Yes. As stated before and I kept trying to make it very clear that articulation of the route was always on the table just like the Bx6 SBS. I also mentioned a few months ago that FB was definitely on the list for XD60's to replace the current LFSA fleet. 2019 Is when Construction will begin on the new Air train extension, so the depot should be closed by 2020. As mentioned above we only have preliminary borough assignments for the LFSA's. But I am being told Yukon could get up to 79 with a confirmed minimum of at least 34 being in Select scheme for the S79+. Its gonna remain as is for now. They been doing fine without them. Loans here and there are common for any depot, depending on the season and the situation. Thats actually true and confirmed. A service increase is inevitable. However artics are not confirmed at this time.
  19. New Delivery Schedule: 316 cars on property by the end of January 2019. Source: DCE
  20. Actually its 20, 21, 24, and 29 as of right now. 23 is still inside the depot, however it is on the run line. 33 is assigned to run 636 but returned to the depot for some reason. Also note more than a dozen major and minor updates will be posted throughout the week. Updates have been made to the Fleet and Depots title page and a post of all the pending updates have also been made.
  21. Good morning! I hope everyone had a safe and fun Memorial Day weekend. My initial update which was scheduled to begin over the weekend was changed due to some major developments. On the list for discussion this week will be the following: 1.) Total fleet review for all buses and depot operations. 2.) The New Express bus test & evaluation program and the status of Alexander Dennis DD #0022, and the confirmed in-service testing of MCI D45 CRT LE #0023. 3.) The continued operation of Manhattanville depot for the foreseeable future. 4.) The acceleration of the the 40 foot Electric order and confirmation of the XE60 electric artic program. 5.) The acceleration of the the 40 foot hybrid (XDE40) order and the status of the 10 XDE60's. 6.) The New Jamaica Depot plans to begin construction in July of 2022. 7.) The conversion of the B46+ to artic operations. 8.) Update on the status of the B82+ and confirmation that ENY depot will not begin artic operations until 2020. 9.) The confirmed closing of Casey Stengel Depot. 10.) The 5 Borough Bus Route Redesign Project. 11.) Digital information Screen contract has been awarded to the lowest bidder pending the required documentation is received by the MTA. 12.) NYCB/MTAB Operations merger update including new timeline to have new Bus Command Center completed by August of this year. Operations are set to begin with a soft launch next year with full operations expected by 2020. The brand new unified digital radio system is scheduled to be installed in all buses by January 2, 2021, with a pilot program scheduled to begin on Staten Island with 200 buses starting in August of 2019. 13.) The MTA Bus Company award for 25 standard buses now pushed back to 2021. Also note the title post on the very first page of this thread has been updated and is about 80% complete. The revised assignments for the new XD40's will be completed later on today as well.
  22. That update was delayed for a few reasons, but coming today.
  23. Major updates coming this evening and this weekend all across the board, with a fleet review, including the newly finalized MTA Bus contract for 53 XD60's. I've been on vacation taking care oF some maintenance issues with my personal Nova RTS. 😎
  24. I have been asked to comment on this several times, and this time I cannot confirm or deny anything. This is above my pay grade! Lol. Note: I haven't commented or updated anything, but as soon as I can, I will.
