Regarding 8266, that bus is still a Yukon bus in the system. I would classify it as a loan for now.

-As for the 8073-8089 LFS swap, the only unit that has not been transferred is 8085. The swap is also  8072-8089, not 8073.

647 was an accident. 6000 was intentional.

1004 was an ORIGINAL 1996 D60HF that was only renumbered to 1000 because we had the former 52/53/54/5500s that were renumbered 1001-1009, 1011-1027. That bus was not a 1999 unit.

4904 is awaiting defueling and then will be towed up to ECH

As for the D60, one of the PBL TMC RTSs should have been scrapped and have the D60 take its place.

 

I love the 6000 Orion's but... There's already an 93 Orion in the museum fleet so the 6000 not making it doesn't hurt that much.

I'm sorry but I would keep the PBL RTSs over the D60s anyday.

Funding, as well as lack of desire. Basically if it's not preserved already, don't count on any new additions.

-MTA NYC Bus 6000 (1999 Orion V)

-MTA NYC Bus 1000 (Ex-1004; 1996 New Flyer D60HF)

-Command Bus 4904 (1994 TMC RTS CNG)
