Will the rest of the LGA batch be split between MJQ and Flatbush? I have that feeling that this may be the case. Honestly that whole 5175-5199 batch should of went back to Flatbush. I will not discredit MJQ. However, they have more than enough fleet, and Flatbush has lost some fleet as of late over to CS (Queens).
Well 5183 went to storage

I'm honestly sort of surprised the JFK RTS did not fully retire yet. With the move of the 99 RTS at LGA, the 96 ones may be replaced by XD60s and shifted OGs likely.
The XDs will wipe out the 96s. The 99s are supposed to go back to transit and some more hybrids will go to eastchester

I do agree. When those buses were in JFK. The maintenance was OK. However, subpar. Those buses will be given life back at transit.
Those buses weren’t at JFK along enough to say that

Why the switch back to NYCT. That switch should of commence way long ago. But this is interesting.
Because MTA bus ruined those buses. The 99s are very different buses from any of the previous models. Let them go back to transit.

Is it me or College Point is really that short of buses and Spring Creek inherited those Gleason/West Farms buses.
30 minutes ago, James Goodwin said:How is College point short? That makes no sense. Every CNG bus depot is short on buses seemingly (including NICE's MF depot) except JG depot.
These buses are to help provide service to the Q102 shuttle being operated between 30th ave and Queens Plaza while the astoria stations gets rebuilt.

I would think so, but what ever happened to #4619? That bus was even that damaged and it's still O/S?
Yessir. Bus had frame damage. Worse then 4137.

First run of the day (the hawk) on the Q53 goes to 6046. It has begun!
It didn't make it out there very long. Bus road called around 4AM

Effective this Monday: the Q52/53 will be converted into artic routes, with the Q41 being based out of FR.
Incorrect. The 52 and 53 will see artics but not the entire route. Additionally, the 41 will not go to FR until November 12th.

What!?
Yessir. 261 went out on the B6 and 672 did both the B6 and B64.
All 3 buses are back at Gleason

So they're just there as insurance and probably won't get used?
261 saw service on the B6 already.

How will the Q52/53 be divided?
Q52 all JFK, Q53 all LGA, or mixed and interlined?
This is correct. Additionally, with the 52 going to JFK, the Q41 will be going out to Far Rock.

That auction ended. Was 9207 assigned to 126th street for its 1st depot?
Yes, 9207 was brand new to 126.

That makes more sense, it was sold off the roster & not for scrap. Now what is its current disposition, that is the question?
Oh it's in a good place now
And yes, thats what it meant is that is retired from service. Should have worded it better. In the purpose of this roster, it is on the scrapped side of things not meaning its scrapped but it is not stored either.

1226 was reported by a very reliable source in ECH scrap yard. No visible damage.
While the bus is in the scrap yard, it may not be scrap. System roster does not have it on the scrap list, so it should not be deemed as such.
22 hours ago, SevenEleven said:8126 is gone, waiting a tow to Eastchester.
There is a good chance they will repair 8126. 1258 had similar damage and it got rebuilt. Lets not rush to judge it so quickly.
16 hours ago, TheHat said:You can now officially take 9207 off the scrapped list.
From the MTA list you can deem it scrapped.
8831 to scrap. 5035 to storage.
