n62 bus need to be restored but extended via Guy Lombardo Rd all the way to end, like using mini buses.

Majority of n20g/h bus riders want direct bus service back 24-hour via Great Neck including Jericho Whole Food, gas station at Glen Clove Rd, Pt. Washington Blvd, Manhassett Whole Food, Americana Mall, etc. Also weekend n27 bus need to be restored but terminate/originate at Roosevelt Field Mall.

On Sunday, January 19th, after vegan event at Zen Garden, I met one of best male B/O on 5:05pm n20G Flushing bus. Since it was very cold outside, this male bus driver let everyone get in bus to stay in warm bus before sign automatically change to n20G. This driver greeted everyone. Once at City Line, he said, "Glenwood St-City Line, LAST STOP IN NASSAU COUNTY. TRANSFER TO MTA NYCT BUS" At Flushing-Main St, "FLUSHING-MAIN ST! LAST STOP. Transfer to NYCT train, MTA NYCT BUS! HAVE WONDERFUL DAY EVERYONE."

Some n20H/20G/n21 bus drivers still make U-turn on South Plaza. I think some bus drivers properly going through North Plaza because of idiot car drivers doesn't understand buses need to make 90^ U-turn on South Plaza. Instance, 8:17pm n20H bus that becomes 9:20pm Flushing bus and sometimes bus gets to Great Neck early, sometimes s/he layover on north side. If bus is late like on Sunday, bus driver just turn around at rotary instead. Sometimes bus driver who does H trips become G trip also purposely late. It always confuse some passengers. In past 8:15pm n20H bus driver who does 9:20pm n20G let passengers stay onboard the bus, including few drivers asked to pay for Flushing onboard at front. However after few driver changed, all drivers seem to be different. Majority of n20G bus drivers does round trip still use U-turn by market. If wheelchair passenger was to board at Jericho Whole Food and heading to Queens via n20H/n20G at 8:17pm, bus driver properly need to let wheelchair passenger stay onboard bus. I think that's reason why some n20G/H and n21 buses are turning right atNorth Station Plaza, turn right at Buttonwood Rd, turn right at South Station Plaza to save time.

You n14- agree that got eliminated. n36 need to come back. n45, n46, n50, n51, n74 and n81 need to come back or use mini or able-ride buses. n19 and n72 need to return to Babylon. n20G/H agliment I don't agree because it forcing people to play FROGGER AT RED at Middle Neck Rd/Northern Blvd just to catch connecting bus, which is also dangerous intersection. n87 bus needs back since Jones Beach Hotel in Wantagh asking for bus to come back.

Atlantic Beach, Far Rockaway and Long Beach residents were upset when they cut Sunday service on n33 bus.

Pt. Washington Shuttle uses mini buses/Able-Ride and I'm sure most of you call it n28 bus.

I wonder why some QT routes that going to Brooklyn have to wait for Brooklyn Bus Redesign?

I tried stop request on Q72 bus after 10:30pm, but b/o refused. Also QT10 going up and down 82nd Street and 92nd St doesn't make any sense since it's one way southbound. Is they trying to cause accident for sending buses in oncoming traffic.

On northside side goes to Jamaica. I asked drivers wrong time and they said they go to Jamaica on north side. Some jitney parells Q22 bus.

Mott Av between Beach 22nd St and Beach 19th is jitney stop.

I went to Far Rockaway-Mott Av to see for my self before I went to Queens Bus Network Redesign meeting in Ridgewood. It was completely false. Beach 21st St was CLOSED OFF between Cornoga and Mott Avs, which buses can't access at all. Bus were making detour via Beach 19th St to Mott Av, Central Av. I don't agree with reduction of Q72 bus in LGA either, but when I take Q72 majority, I see some peoples ten-twenty. Sometimes in bad weather, Q72 bus has fifteen people in airport. I seen some tourists use Q72 bus too. I'm feeling q72's terminus will be 94th St/23rd Av. At least, Airport's Purple Route stops at 23rd Av. Airport shuttle buses stop at 94th St/23rd Av, not Ditmars/102nd St. Some airport shuttle bus drivers stop upon request of employees.

I don't agree with QT44 SBS heading to Fordham since Wildlife Conservation Society employees will loose direct bus ride to Bronx Zoo. I don't support QT72 ending at Ditmars Blvd.
