Not that I know of. The only NG demos we have had were 1292, 1294 and 1295. A lot of the times, the demonstrators we have demo elsewhere before eventually being bought. 0054 and 0059 were bought by TAs in Canada.
It's easy for SI Division to pull buses from another depot. I caught 4325 (Charleston) working the X12 a while back... A rather late trip at that as well. There's been other times where Yukon does trips on the X17, X30 and X31.
Usually when a bus is not listed on the roster, it's deemed as retired. However, there has been cases where a bus will be out of the database but still in service at the depot. In the past, it was the same for 1887 and 1888.
I think they were trying to get used to the software. They already are reprogramming the signs on all the buses.
Examples:
-The N24 signs to Mitchell Field have been changed.
-The side signs now display the important readings in bold:
N6 JAMAICA
N6 165 ST TERMINAL (Which is in one reading btw)
via HEMPSTEAD
-The side signs no longer display the type of street on the via readings.
-The NICE BUS P/R signs are being added as well.
