Nope. The 3500 was originally numbers but it's confirmed and now 4008-4054. 4004-4007 are the first type mci hybirds for njt.

Thanks that makes sense. When the big cruiser order comes in at least the 2000 and 3000's will be avail. That is 1,388 buses.

Folks up north be on the look out for 4008. I heard it "might" be en-route. I dont know if its gona come straight here or stop at meadowlands or ironbound.

So its not starting at number 3501 which was mentioned on here?

I was thinking about going to the Newark Liberty Airport, but I've been there many times, and only saw novas there once. Do you guys know when novas run, and if Orange even runs them on weekends? I know Coach USA still does, but today was not a very lucky day.

 

Also, don't Novas have 5 speed ZF transmissions, hence, ZF 2-5HP-592C?

Are you sure 6509 was on the 41 ? That is a Coach usa ONE bus.

Weekdays at Newark penn  station you should still see RTS's.

That might be a possibility.

 

As for the one that never showed(7203), they converted that one to diesel for Altoona testing which passed just like it's CNG variant. I wonder if they'll convert it back if we do get the two buses.

When the last of the Greenville nabi's get to Orange will that be the end of the novas or when the temporary Pulaski skyway 95 rt is ended?

6420 at Orange. I think all of Greenville's 6400s have been transferred to Orange.

Not yet  at least 6423, 6425 and 6429 still on greenville routes today.

#5245 is back @ Greenville; saw it on the 126 on mybusnow not too long ago.

5241 ,5249 and 5251 still on fairview routes. No 6400's on busnow today so far at fairview.

5258 to Greenville, on the 80.

5258 was at greenville. I thought up to 5257 went to Fairview. Anyway 6400's still at greenville no 5241 to 5257 yet.

Nah, the delivery doesn't start till next year. Likely within the late Winter/Spring time from what I heard. This phase has only been for the pilot and if any spec changes should be made. I've been hearing some changes may be considered, not sure what though.

 

Bus showed up at Newport around 5:40PM according to BusTime. Not sure what time it hit Old Bridge.

 

They're correct with the ISL9, it's with....

 

1. Only being 7 Designlines left, which is false, all the Designlines are there except for 7202 and 7203.

 

2. 3500-3605 being the numbers of the Hybrids, when it's only 47 buses. Whoever added that can't count. I also don't see those being in that number range, but that's just my opinion.

 

3. The new CNGs will have a 5th Gen transmission, not a 4th gen.

#2 refers to the option order that goes to 105 buses. So 3501-3605 could be the numbers. NJT has been starting with 01 on orders.

Coach OWNS the Novas they have now, they have Illinois tags and say owned and operated by ONE Bus on the side. They're not going anywhere.

I mean the novas at Orange garage, Orange would have gotten more nabi's if the order really went to 6614 which looks like it did not. Then the Novas would have been gone at Orange.

I would like to know where the Nabi order ended? O.N.E bus was to stop at 6538 then it was changed to 6614 as the last bus. But nobody here has seen anything higher than 6550. If they went to 6614 there would be no novas out there so I guess 6550 was it.
