  4. ...and I love how railfans try to catch an 42 on the when I can spot them from my school and my dad's living room window about two to four times a day. : ) Btw, do you find the M8s to be ugly cars?
  5. 75 St-Elderts Lane A little off topic but my mom's friend said that "back in the day" he used to be part of a gang in which he had fights with another gang from this school as seen in the background (Franklin K. Lane). He said that him and others used to break into the cabs and use the PA system to say random crap that would upset the other gang, which would start fights. He's currently a police officer. I go to one of the four new schools located in this huge building. The four new schhols are here to stay. However Franklin K. Lane, the school is being phased out. Interesting fact from wiki:

  9. Once again, two dudes were fighting on the platform at 75th St on the . One of them ended up falling onto the tracks. Luckily their wasn't a train approaching. He was able to get back up. Thats what happens when you have bloods, crips, and patrias all on the same platform...

  11. Anybody else almost bust their ass today. The sidewalks were covered in ice. I was literally skating fom time to time. Also, anybody else had a hard time trying to use the subway going to school yesturday since the school metrocard expired on Sunday. I asked the station booth worker at Church Av on the yesturday morning if I can pass because of the expired metrocard, I even showed it to him. What did he say... "Sorry. I can't help you with that." A little pissed, I just decided to walk to the Av I station. Sparks were coming down from the el like crazy, especially near Av F. Anyway I asked the station booth worker there and he said yes without a problem.
  12. ...can't sleep... If only the QJ still existed. A one seat ride from my mom's to my dad's. No more having to transfer and wait for that annoying and the . The takes a fortnight to come at times.
  13. Ever been to the one on Crescent & Fulton? It's even viewable from the .
  14. hmmm... Lets play a game. What neighborhood is bordered by Kings Hwy to the north, Coney Island Av to the east, Shore Pkwy to the south, and Stillwell Av to the west?

  16. Couldn't help myself from posting this here. From 0:35 and on he sounds as if he's rappin' in Hebrew.
  17. I see you were a motorman on the (Q). Don't you miss the unique open-cut? Till this day I still find it pretty cool that in some areas the only thing seperating the ROW from residental homes is a short gate. Esp the section from Av H to Newkirk.
