As I was on the coming home from school today, the t/o overran the platform at 18th Ave. A blind man was trying to come off, luckily the t/o came out in time to assist him to the next set of doors, or else that probably would of been one BIG ASS LAWSUIT!
I grew up taking the subway a lot. Whenever my dad was taking me back to my mom's house as a kid, I always enjoyed seeing those 42's curve into Cypress Hills and the horn of those OOS trains. I remember when a t/o let me blow the horn, man that made my day! Since then my intrest in trains grew. From time to time I go to this one street that ends because of the Brighton line, I just love seeing those trains pass back and forth!
@ R44 CNG. Many times, I'm actually on the forums by using my lil sis's PSP, including the time I typed this. I tell ya, this lil system is so convenient. When it comes to playing songs on this device, the music sounds sooo cyrstal clear.
Theirs a t/o on the that I've been catching a lot lately. I personally like to call him "Crazy Joe". He looks as if he's in his 60's. He blows the horn at random instances and brakes so damn hard near the middle/end of stations, even durring todays slippery rails. Lets not forget you can reach up to 40 mph down the Mickey Dee line (esp heading south of Kings Hwy). I do hope I'll always catch him thou...
Whoa! Clinton-Washington Avs to Hoyt-Schermerhorn St on the is a thriller ride! The train gains a good amount of speed when coming into Lafeyette Av. Just before the station theirs a switch which causes the train to jerk pretty damn hard. Now from Lafeyette to Hoyt-trains haul ass through that sharp curve! (Makes me wonder if t/o's get a lil scared when going through that section for the first time.)
My parents are (J)amaican...yeaa! I was born right here in (B)rooklyn but thats not gonna stop me from wearing the flag.
Whole lotta peeps down Church Ave reppin their flag. Havnt seen one person without a flag...yet.
