One of the few things I didn't do while living in Italy was see this guy sing live, but I did catch him on TV there... Great singer... Proprio bravo! :tup:

1. Make sure there is no spyware slowing down your internet connection and that all equipment is working properly. I find that a wiping of the computer and a fresh install of the operating system does wonders for my laptop, as well as my connection. My laptop will be 3 years old come this summer and it still works very well. 2. Call my service provider to see if there has been any service issues in the area of late and if your connection is really bad, I'd call up and have my bill reduced. I did that the other day w/AT&T. I can barely use my datacard, so I called up and had them give me my month free. They said that they had several towers out in my neighbourhood... :mad:

If you want better speed, stop using WiFi and make your connection hardwired OR ask your provider for a package that offers more bandwith. I have the same thing with my FiOS. It's wireless and I notice that my speed dips a bit around 20:00 or so, which is when most folks are getting home or at home using the internet, but my connection is so fast that I still can watch the hockey games and such just fine at highest connections. Also with wireless, the equipment needs to be upgraded every so often, say every 3 years or so, as the signal gets weaker. You also have things like interference that come into play with WiFi that aren't an issue w/hard wired connections. :cool:

Unless you're on of those tech geeks or the business type these features aren't that important. It's nice that AT&T offers all of these features on their network, but pointless since they can't even keep folks connected. At least w/Verizon you can stay connected and such and I'm saying this as an AT&T/Verizon customer. I still haven't decided yet if I'm switching to Verizon completely or not once my contract is up in May. :confused:

MOTLEY CRUE!!! Brings back memories of hanging out at my buddy's house on Friday's after school. We'd all come over to my buddy Dave's house since his parents were rarely home and everyone would get piss drunk (except for me). They were drinking cheap sh*tty stuff at the time since we were all high schoolers so I didn't think it was worth it. But my buddy Pete, he loved Motley Crue, G N R and the like, so he'd crank up the tunes and we'd be hanging out rocking to Dr. Feelgood and other classics. My personal favs are "Live Wire", "Girls, Girls, Girls" and "Shout At The Devil". There was this crazy Asian dude that lived next door who would come banging on the door because of the loud music. :cool: Dude was a riot act to watch. LOL As far as the Canadian parka goes, dude I wouldn't give up my Canadian coats for anything, especially in this weather. I can go outside with just my Canadian parka on and a t-shirt and jeans and still be warm. :cool:

You've got good taste for a guy your age.... I look back at the crap being put out these days music wise and feel so lucky to have been a teenager in the 90s when music was still creative. Rush has to be one of the top 3 things to come out Canada, with the othes two being hockey, and those awesome Canadian parka coats... :cool:
